I made this purchase and then fell ill…

I made this purchase and then fell ill for a few months. At some point, I realized that I had been billed for the app and I wasn't expecting it. I sent a quick note to ask if I could cancel, because I wasn't going to be able to use the product for a while. An actual person named Jared responded to me and helped me get things straightened out to my liking! I was SO happy to receive this level of customer service! What a rarity! Thank you Jared!

Love this board

Love this board. I’d always wanted to try Pilates, but was a little intimidated. This board makes it easy and this tiny piece of equipment gives your body that feel good kind of burn. The only thing I would like them to do to improve is have a way to watch routines on your tv instead of your phone. Otherwise I’m a happy customer. Customer service was great to work with too. I lost my gift card, but that took care of me.

This company robbed me for $1,928.64!

This company robbed me for $1,928.64!! I place an order months ago, got the run around of course and after posting a review here and disputing the charge for order #244050 someone FINALLY got in touch and answered my questions leading me to cancelling the dispute and expecting delivery of product in 3-4 weeks. PRO TIP: NEVER CANCEL YOUR DISPUTE, AND TRUST YOUR GUT. They know that once you cancel it, you can’t resubmit another dispute on the charge and that’s how they rob you. After another MONTH of hearing nothing again despite multiple calls and emails, I got an email today stating “your order has been cancelled at your request and your payment will not be refunded” even though I made no such request, and if I had, I would want my payment back! How insane. I wish I could attach a screen shot here. Very embarrassing I was this dumb. I hope other people see this review and save themselves their time and money. I am 7 months pregnant with my first baby on the way and all I wanted to do was get my workouts in at home and now I am out almost $2000. What a disgusting “company”. People are so sick. Learn some skills and get a real job instead of robbing people who actually work hard. What a shame. NOTE THEIR RESPONSE BELOW: “working to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future”. What a JOKE. How about refund the money you stole from me. Notice how there was no mention about actually correcting THIS CURRENT issue. Laughable

The app subscription price

I wrote to return complaining about the monthly rate for app, I received a reply for two options for cheaper and I wrote back asking what the differences is a it was a round about either one or the other. They were suppose to send me a subscription and I received an error mow for three days I haven’t received a response, but got an email my 14?day trial was over and going to charge my account full price. You need a live customer service.

Pilates, the good exercise practice

Pilates is a good product to purchase. Many buyers will tell you of its benefits to health. And that’s got to be a plus for anyone.

Great service

The price and the swift arrival of the Pilates reformer was amazing. It was easy to put together and there are so many exercises and tips/ helps to use with your machine. I feel like I get a good workout in a timeframe that works with my busy schedule. I am excited to see how I am doing a couple months from now.

The merchandise is low quality and not secure. Very cheap. They scam you by including an automatic trial in your order and charge you $52.23 monthly subscription fees. When you try to cancel, they say it is policy and won't reimburse you.

I give FLO Pilates a ZERO star review

I give this a ZERO star review. I am trying to get refunded for automatic annual APP charge of $179 + the $99 + tax I paid for the portable reformer. They say there is a 2 week app membership for free but that 2 weeks begins the day you submit the order. The reformer didn't arrive for over 2 weeks. It came with no set up instructions. I was told by their 'bot-service rep' the 2 weeks begins day of purchase so you can get acquainted with the product before you even receive it. Outrageous. It's impossible to speak with a human. They are non-responsive via email now that I want to return it and be refunded. This is a scam site.
Order #269789. I also need address to send the reformer back to. When I phoned the telephone number on the box it was an ‘out of service’ number and when I looked up the address it came from it’s listed as an industrial site available to lease. Please advise so I may return the product and get full refund for it and the APP membership fee. Do not want to be charged next year again. I want this closed.

One of the knee pads on my pink…

One of the knee pads on my pink reformer keeps getting stuck in its track! I want to return it as it is defective! How do I do that and get reimbursed?
This is the third time I have contacted you about this matter and you have not responded except by saying we will give you directions via email…which you still have not done

Sliders dont work so good

After the 4th time working out on it, I’m super disappointed.. not sure if somethings wrong with my board but the wheels don’t slide easy at all. I’m 160lbs so I don’t think it’s a weight problem, considering it’s for working out. Wheels seem to jam or something… wouldn’t recommend

Terrible

I just got my reformer today and an email they are charging me tomorrow for a subscription I didn’t sign up for or register for now I have the reformer but no workouts since my 14 trial days are up. What a waist

Worth the wait.

I have to stay for the most part I am satisfied, a lot transpired but overall, I was dealing with OTTO who was amazing and help me achieve my overall goal. I would say the only negative part is I wish when I emailed them, I would've received a quicker reply, but I understand companies are crazy busy and it takes longer to reply but that's literally the only part for me that was a negative everything else was great! I would rate OTTO 10/10. Kudos to Pilatesflo

Consider Your Emotional Pain Threshold Before Buying

I received a used product (clearly used as the previous RMA number was included on a post-it note in the box). After providing images of the used product and the actual RMA note as proof - I was offered a 20% KAI discount or a full refund. I chose to return for refund. That was in January. Many months later I have just about given up on ever receiving my refund. The latest update was tech difficulties are preventing them from processing it. Overall their customer service standards and processes are painful at best. Communication is inconsistent and also just strange - it varies between clear although restrained by policy to incoherent and poorly expressed. I feel like I'm the punchline at this point. This company blows.

This company is full of red flags

This company is full of red flags. You can only email them. No way to call. Not even automated emails back. I gave them 5 business days to get back to me. Now I’m leaving a review. I ordered a Pilates board on March 26th, and have received no order updates, not even an apology or message that it may be on back stock. I have to look through my order and I check it daily. Still hasn’t been shipped. Then on top of it, I get charged $149 for a yearly subscription for the app. I haven’t even used the app because I DON’T HAVE MY BOARD. And like all the other reviewers are saying, it was an unauthorized subscription. There is nothing in their fine print that mentioned it. It’s a deceptive business. Order #260637

Company is a complete scam

Company is a complete scam! Don’t waste your time or money. Bought this as a gift, never opened it. Paid all their BS fees and shipping costs to return it to their warehouse. It took 3 weeks for “quality review” even though it was never opened and in the original box. Now, they are blatantly withholding my refund claiming “system outage” for the last 8 weeks. RIDICULOUS.

I should've come here before ordering a…

I should've come here before ordering a Flo Reformer. No shipping in site, so I asked for it to be cancelled. I've gotten a total run around, then yesterday, I was charged an extra $138 for an app I never wanted or will use. Still no reply on my requests for a refund, so I'm out almost $300 for nothing. It's a scam & I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. I'm beyond pissed!
