Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Pilateo.

My order got lost, and there was absolutely no proactive communication about it. I had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on. After that, I confirmed that I still wanted to receive the order… but received no response at all.

After contacting them again, the order was supposedly reshipped. Now, weeks have passed once more, and I still haven’t received anything. I have been waiting for over 3 months for a single Pilates chair.

This is truly unacceptable. Terrible service, no communication, and zero accountability. Absolutely not recommended.
