My travel consultant (Stephanie Henderson) was my initial contact for my trip and she was very prompt, professional, and helpful with my booking. We booked, received our confirmation, and were on our way. Our Driver to the park was incredible and even had free WiFi for our trip with waters & juice if needed. He was very knowledgeable about the countryside.
Our Safari guide was amazing!!! She took the time to explain the parks history, small details such as plants & animal tracks, and knew the hiding spots of the animals to best capture. We’d love to have her again on our next trip.
Lastly, I was told to check for all belongings before leaving the Safari truck and leaving the park. Well, I ended up leaving my GoPro Hero 6 which was very disappointing. We immediately reached out to Stephanie who not only made a phone call, but found my camera, and arranged for it to be brought back to Johannesburg before my flight. I give the trip, staff, park, and driver 5 stars.
