I Love to be able to create characters and that the faces in the thumbnails therefore look really realistic. But I would love to have a bit more accuracy or details. For the the upgrades Chat GPT image generation is a little bit better, but definitely worse when it comes to characters or faces in general

I signed up for a trial, ran one test, was not impressed, and cancelled. A few weeks later I get charged $40. No worries I assume - I’ll just contact support. They tell me they cannot issue me a refund and that this is due to their “billing policy”.

Total scam artists. I did not use the product beyond my one test during the trial. I canceled because it was not very good. Yet they still continue to charge AND when caught, refuse to refund. Save yourself the money and use the new ChatGPT 2 image generator or Canva.

They will proceed to say:
- the trial gives you XYZ credits
- you only get charged after the trial converts
- they're eager to 'address this directly'

None of this is relevant.

The facts are:
- they took my money for a product I canceled and did not use outside of the free trial
- support consistently refused to refund me even after 'looking into it'

Meanwhile, Dorian (dvb), the owner, flaunts his lambo on instagram. 🙄

I never thought I'd say this, but thank god for the credit card companies. They have already resolved this so I no longer need to waste my time dealing with these crooks.

love them - best for thumbs across the board

Super solid software, only annoying things are the little issues that will make you have to spend 20 credits fully regenerating. I couldn't figure out how to use some of the features, but made me alot of really solid thumbnails for youtube.

I love this app and I recommend other to use it

I’ve been using Pikzels for creating visual content and overall I’m very satisfied with the quality and ease of use. The platform is intuitive and delivers solid results, especially for creators who need fast and good-looking visuals.

One thing I’d really like to see improved is the credit system. Having a bit more flexibility or slightly more credits included would make the experience even better, especially for users who create content frequently.

Overall, a strong 4/5 — great tool with room for small improvements.
