Waste of time for a $25 shirt

Bait and switch. You order one item, they send you another, then ignore your emails.

I sent the incorrect item back (the correct item was even listed in the packing slip) and they refused to accept it, even though it was their own return label. Then, they never replied to another email. I'd followed their instructions for an exchange.

I eventually logged a complaint through the BBB and they finally replied (after 3 months) with an unacceptable solution. I asked for my money back on a single shirt. I was given a "gift card" to be used only in their store, that I still had to pay shipping or order more merchandise.

I just wanted what I ordered and paid for in good faith. This company is a 3 month waste of time.
