A few months ago I purchased a set of three clear plastic curtains for my outside garden room. It has beautiful views across the mountains in Central Portugal, anyone that lives here will know that with views comes often high winds and rain.
On the 28th January storm “Kristin” hit Central Portugal with horrible consequences with winds reaching 150-200 kph many trees were blown over and structural damage was massive.
How my curtains survived I have no idea, they did without any damage, wow are they tough, we are still experiencing high winds and heavy rain with no sign of stress to the curtains.
Well done Pikkuna for producing a product that is built to last.

The zipper doesn’t have a stopper. This has caused the zipper to come off the bottom the zip to open and the sheet to become useless within 2 days. I’ve emailed them and it’s just tumbleweeds.

I looked for a transparent foil, but couldn't get it Germany. Not, what I expected.
So I ordered at Pikkuna. The price doesn't differ to German prices and the expected delivery time was OK. But it came 5 days earlier. Perfect when we got the first freeze.
It had the correct measurements and was easy to install.

We have now installed our 3 panels, 2 of which have recessed zipper doors. The order went very well as everything was easy to do on the website. Good drawings in connection with the order which made it easy to check that our given measurements were correct. Very happy with the result. From ordering to delivery and assembly which went very well. Good communication with Pikkuna and now we will see how it handles the winter. Since we feel that the quality is really good, we are not worried. Highly recommended when you have a need like we had.

I was enthusiastic about ordering these screens. For ages I had been looking for something like these and finally came across their website.
I duly ordered 3 different sized screens with the correct measurements and paid the fee. Not cheap. With customs charges it came to near on a £1000 but I though it would be worth it. Well I was very wrong. They duly arrived and when I checked them they were all the same size not the 3 different sizes I ordered. Also the button holes did not match the drawings.
I sent an email and the reply was due to manufacturing tolerances of 1 to 2 cm there would be slight errors. I replied that thye should be able to make them more accurately than that and they replied increasing the errors to 2 to 3 cm. I said that was not acceptable and they agreed to make one of the screens (largest) again with more care. It arrived but was just the same size as before. I emailed again and they suggested a partial refund or to make the screen again. By this time I had managed to get the first 2 screens fitted albeit by warming and stretching. When the replacement arrived I though I would have a go. I managed to fit it but I really had to stretch it and I do not think it will last long as the strain on the button holes is immense.
I sent some pictures of the screen showing the measurement error, how stretched it is and also it is not even square but never received a reply. I waited a week or so and resent the email and pictures but still have not received any reply.
So bewarwe if you need a screen with some degree of accuracy in size as they dont seem to be able to manufacture their screens to the measured drawings. The material quality seems ok but just let down by poor manufacturing errors.

I just want to warn anyone from uk buying this product, which I can’t fault but have been left with a huge duty fedex bill to pay after paying a lot for the item I would think Pikkuna should cover this so do not order this there are local companies use them.

The side walls are really well made and the quality of materials is high. Fitting was reasonably easy to do. Shipping time to UK was around 3 weeks from the order being placed. A really nice addition to the garden room.

We built a gazebo with a twin wall roof which was good but then thought it would be better to have it covered in so we could use it more thru the year.
Went online so start looking for ideas and came across the pikkuna website.
Brilliant system for obtaining a quote and easy to amend design with an immediate quote after every change or amendment.
Goods ordered and arrived as promised.
Fitting was easy and straightforward,and extremely pleased with the result.
Well recommended,has turned the space into a great area that can now be used all year

Delivery was fast , packed good , easy to install but better to use Tacker ( stapler) before, goes easier then . We will see how it overcomes winter . Recommended ))

Super durable product👍🏼 Using it for 2 years already, no complains.

I was looking for a alternative for traditional glazing for my terrace. A friend of mine recommended Pikkuna and I'm super happy with the result. I can now use my terrace almost all year.

After seeing the products on Facebook I ordered and measured for 3 items. The first 2 where great but the third larger item was incorrect. I provided the sizes requested and approved the drawings. This issue arises because my garden is angled. When the product arrives they had been made with the angle at the top and not the bottom. I contacted customer services and as you will be able to tell from the responses to people's reviews they just blamed me and refused to rectify the problem. No angles where provided in the drawings and no one asked me how this was going to fit. So now I have spent quite a lot of money on a item that is incorrect and the company do not care. I would recommend you use another company with better expertise and customer service.

Re the reply. You did not provide me with the information and no where on your website does it state that angles are made at the top. It is very sad for me as I don't have the product I paid for. No so much for you as you have my money!

My package came and the measurements are wrong. They sent me the 2 pieces with 10cm more than is on the drawings. Impossible to install. Also, I checked the colour before make the order but one of them came white and other one grey as I wished.
So frustrated!

I have placed two orders with this company, the first time it went really well, but with the second order I do not receive the drawing I need to approve, when I contact them about the missing drawing, I receive a link to the drawing which I revise and send back and then nothing really happens and I contact the company again for the new drawing and get no response, when I contact the second time I get an SMS saying they have sent the email and I have to approve the drawing, the problem is just that I do not receive any e-mail from the company, which I object to and then the company no longer responds to e-mails, I think they are non-serious and their customer service is non-existent, absolutely no recommendation from here.

I very rarely give 5 stars as there should always be room for the extraordinary, the better than expected.
This is one of the rare cases. Perfect product, speedy delivery and follow-up and impressive afterservice.
