When I needed more information…
When I needed more information regarding my order I got it from customer support. Order arrived in a package which was safely put together and boxes had no damage.

Products were as described, shipping was relatively fast. The prices were good as well.

Good customer support
My order arrived damaged. The box was broken and open, and some of the products were damaged. I contacted customer support and received an immediate response; they refunded me for the damaged items and even gave me store credit. The quality of the products I received was very good; however, the delivery service was terrible.

Overall, a very good experience. Shipping was a few days later than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances, but the package arrived safe. Seller was very kind and I even received some gifts. Thank you very much, I will order again!
