Tämä firma myy sinulle vääränlaiset…

Tämä firma myy sinulle vääränlaiset ovet suhteessa sijaintiin. Minun tapauksessani taajamassa sijaitsevaan omakotitaloon myytiin ovet joiden kyky eristää ääntä on täysin olematon.

Heidän käyttämänsä asentajat ovat kokemukseni mukaan täysin vahdittavia ja yrittävät luistaa maksetuista töistä. Vanhojen ovien ja ikkunoiden poisviennistä piti soitella myyntiedustajalle kunnes se yhtäkkiä kuuluikin sisältöön "tehdään vaan mitä lapussa lukee". Jos et ole vahtimassa niin ikkunaty asennetaan mihin sattuu järjestykseen, minkä johdosta minulla on nyt sohvan takana, jonne ei yllä sälekaihtimien nuppi.

Kun tähän firmaan soittaa reklaamaation ottaa callcenter sen vastaan ja sinuun ei olla yhteydessä, kolme viikkoa mennyt.

Huono laatuiset ikkunat ja huono…

Huono laatuiset ikkunat ja huono reklamaation hoito eli reklamaatio ei hoideta . sp vahvistus että saa asentaa ikkunat me tulla ja otettaan vaikka ikkunat pois uudelleen . teollisuudessa et te tule näkemaan mitaan

Tekemättä jäi tarjous

Myyjä kävi mittaamassa, mutta ei tehnyt tarjousta vaikka odotimme viikon. Lopuksi tehtiin lonkalta toisen saman firman myyjän kanssa tarjous puhelimitse. Hinta oli puolet kalliimpi kuin kilpailijoilla. Aliarvoista palvelua kaikin puolin.
