Terrible service. Purchased an item in November for Christmas and it never arrived. Every time I contact customer services I keep getting asked to wait and wait and wait.
Have requested a refund on a number of occasions for the item purchaed and keep getting put off, so effectively they have taken my money and not supplied anything and will not refund me.
Avoid as they are not worth the hassle

Really poor after sales service. I should have checked reviews from other customers before putting through our order for Emma mattress. Nearly has month has gone and still no sign of it. Frustated and fed up with the multiple emails to support without any constructive response with a possible delivery date. Potential customers, please avoid Pigsback and just buy directly from the seller. The hassle and headache between a normal job is not worth the savings made.
Edit: Pigsback.com contacted me to remove my review. Even though the product was purchased by my husband, I am entitled to submit my opinion and feedback purchased from any service provided on an open forum which impacts me or my household. I refuse to change my review until a full refund or status is provided. Please note that today is 29th day since the order was placed without any update.

Very disappointed with the after sales service. No valid phone number available to jump on a call to request support. No ETA as to when support emails will be answered. So you are in reality relying on your luck that the product you buy will be delivered. Bought Emma bed and mattress on 27/01 with an estimated delivery date of 15/02. Raised a support query on 16/02 - was asked to wait until 20/02 (which I did), when I followed up after 20/02, there is just silence. NO update, and no way of finding out whether I will be getting the product or not. Stay clear from such deals - they are just too good to be true. Oh, BTW, went to Emma Sleep directly for assistance and they clearly mentions that since I bought the product via Pigsback, any queries will be dealt by Pigsback.

I had failed to renew my voucher as the Spa in the Killaloe hotel would not call me back after leaving about 5 messages on the answering machine and an email and talking to the receptionist in the hotel to see if they could help
Courtney kindly gave me a voucher to use in Pigs Back again after cancelling my treatment voucher

Recently received an orthopaedic mattress and very happy with the quality and price. Delivery time was very quick. Very friendly, helpful customer service and quick response. I ordered products on 30th November 2022 via Pigsback. They were from 2 different companies. They were both due to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, neither order arrived. I've been emailing pigsback and the companies through the 'contact the seller' option on pigsback but still, do not have clarification on when my orders will arrive. The last update I got from one of the companies on 21st December said they had shipped the products and they would be with me soon. Its now 9th January and they have not replied since to say where my order is or if they are sending a replacement. The other company said my order was lost in transit and they are sending a replacement. The tracking number they have given me has no information on it, so again I don't know where this order is or when it will arrive. I've been emailing pigsback customer service alot and they do reply fairly quickly but after 6 weeks of back and forth, I still don't have any of the products I ordered. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts, so it's very disappointing

Got a present of a hotel voucher, booked it and then a hospital appointment arrived for the same time.
I got in touch with Pigsback and Courtney advised I contact the hotel and get a cancellation email.
Sent it on to Courtney and our voucher was reset to book again when we could travel.
From the first email I felt I was been looked after, and it was resolved quite quickly.

Received a kids tablet which was scratched when received and does not work because I can't download YouTube kids or any other application on it. A huge mistake ordering from that site and the seller from the site is JJ it says. Never again will I allow myself to order from that site. Soon disappointed to spend money on something that is scratched when just received and does not work.

I ordered a hair curler and it never got delivered. I emailed them and did were no help at all to me. Then I asked for a refund and they just stopped emailing me back. I would not trust this website at all. Terrible experience

So disappointed with Pigsback. I ordered an item at the end of November in plenty of time for Christmas. I received an email saying it was on the way about two weeks later. Never arrived. I emailed Pigsback and the seller several times. No response.
Just found out by chance I’ve been refunded my money on Christmas Eve without any notification from either Pigsback or the seller, leaving me with no time to buy a replacement item. I won’t be buying anything from Pigsback again
