I was a bit unsure about what I was selecting on the website so I mailed helpdesk for assistance at 10.00 o clock at night. Early the next morning I had a reply that clarified the position completely.
You will not get better than that.

Great service

Great service. I had an issue with a expired hotel voucer on behalf of my mum, I tried calling as I had done previously but was redirected to emails only which turned out to be even better as I had a response within minutes and a papertrail of confirmation. Wish I could rate higher

Wish I could rate higher. Brilliant customer service. I had an issue with a booking that was entirely my own fault and the Agent Ashley went above and beyond to explain the error and provide me witha step by step procedure on how to book my hotel stays. All booked and confirmed now and will have a drink toasted to Ashleigj when we get there. Top marks!!
