Terrible at communicating / does not ship outside Germany
My only and one experience with Parfumerie Pieper is not great, I ordered a product and I recieve no communication for five (5) days. No confirming of my order, no nothing. Before I called I decided to look at their Facebook page and contacted them there. I was told they only worked with PR on Facebook and told me to give the support a call, which I did.
I recieved a DHL tracking number but the item was returned back after 2-3 days. I called and was told to call again as soon as Parfuemeri Pieper staff called DHL to recieve information in regards of that strange return.
7 days later or so I was told they didn't send to customers without a german residency (german adress). No word on their website at the time.
Parfumerie Pieper, if no one outside of Germany may order from your online store, make sure you block us and/or don't allow an international address be able to go through with an order. It's really that simple!
Oh also, work on the communication skills not only on your Facebook page.
