Booked through a virgin gift card.. pretty poor.. young guy showing us wasn’t really assed.. kept yarning and told us he was leaving in 3 weeks anyway.. felt I had my money taken from me to be honest and will be in touch with Virgin experience.. would not recommend. Only good thing that came out of it we got free ice creams.
Attended the BYOB Painting Pottery evening that occurs on the last Saturday of the month.
Great atmosphere and alot of fun. Would recomend for anyone whos into crafts. Good choice in objects to paint. Staff on hand to help and give tips. Looking forward to going back as a larger group.
I paid £400 for a bronze award course which was terribly taught. The owner agreed the teaching was terrible but kept the whole 3 terms worth of money and refused to refund even part of my money. Dreadful attitude, defensive and rude, disgraceful ‘family run’ business. Avoid at all costs. Most of the group left as it was so awful but it didn’t seem to matter to the owner.
Super friendly staff, my little one is always happy to come along and do some art : )
I’ve always enjoyed my time coming to Pictura and have been going for the past few months. I’ve always found it fun going to the Pottery Classes with Laura who has been so wonderful and supportive teaching me all these techniques and has given me a craft that I can readily enjoy!
My son attends craft classes every Saturday, he loves it, teacher Kate is fabulous, full of warmth and ideas to keep kids engaged and interested.
A wonderful activity for everyone. Spent nearly 6 hours here, just catching up with a friend and being creative. The items were reasonably priced, but there was limited stock at the time we visited. Staff were very friendly. Currently a 2 week wait to get your items fired, etc. so take that into consideration.
What a lovely place - bright and airy with a wide range of products to choose from. The staff were all very informative, helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be back
An amazing experience! We were a hen party but couldn’t book a party because the group size was too small. The staff were absolutely wonderful and gave us a great experience! I would absolutely go here again just for an afternoon break while shopping.
My daughter loves art and always has a very rewarding and happy time at Pictura
Our 10 year old loves the Saturday art club as it lets her do a mix of arty things in that time.
She’s also attended some holiday workshops and loved those too :)

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and staff are always so nice and friendly. Waiting to see what my pottery comes out like so fingers crossed it’s ok, but had a great time painting it in any case.
Painting pottery and in this case a gift for my child is such an enjoyable escape from day to day life.
Not only helpful and friendly staff but a great soundtrack.

And would definitely recommend coming with family’s and friends and to all of the great events like bring your own bottle pottery night that was brilliant and the toddler group on a Friday morning that was lovely too definitely have a look and book it’s amazing
