The support team is excellent! Not only their AI chatbot that is very helpful but the real people.
The platform is easy to use but the AI image and video generator isnr very good at all from my experience. Some major improvements are needed in this area.

I would like to see the possibility to give prompts to AI within the program as still pictures to turn into videos, as not all standard visuals are suitable.

From what you described, it sounds like you would like to use prompts to generate still images with AI and then turn those images into videos inside Pictory, especially when the standard visuals are not a good fit. Did I understand your idea correctly?
The reason I ask is because we currently have a feature called AI Studio that allows you to generate visuals with AI, which sounds very similar to what you are describing. It may be that this feature is not visible in your account or that you are using a different workflow.
Could you please let us know which features you currently see in your account? This will help us confirm that everything is set up correctly on your side.

Absolute shit show of a product
Absolute shit show of a product. Signed up for a trial and created a video (spending a lot of time doing it). Was pretty happy with it wanted to download and use it. It said I need to upgrade to get it without watermarks, which was fair enough. I happily upgraded, and the second they took payment, all my work, my branding details EVERYTHING was gone, it was like starting from scratch again. Their stupid ai bot was no use and totally condescending in it's replies and eventually when I get it get a real person to help, they say it will take 1 business day. I've literally lost a whole morning to this and they want to take a day to fix it, absolutely awful product, don't go near it.

Very bad one. Such a scam . İt doesn’t gives 10% accuracy also. They charge subscription fees and points fees as well. For every video you need least of 20 points to generate

May I ask if before generating the video you are using the filter inside Scene Settings? When you go to Select Visuals, you can filter by category and industry before generating the video. This helps the system choose visuals that are much more relevant for your content.
About the points or credits. Credits are only used when creating avatars or generating AI images inside the Studio. Regular video creation should not deduct points. If you are seeing points deducted for normal video generation, that would be an error and we would like to check it.

Glitches galore. 3+ weeks of fixing these glitches and no end in site. 5+ days of 0 updates. For the $ that is charged by Pictory, service and tech support should be top-notch, not like this. Taking my business elsewhere.

Pictory ai has taught me how to create videos. When l started, l had no clue how and what. However, they did not kick me out, rather they were patient with me as l gradually became a pro. They kept updating me with their updates which were very helpful. With Pictory, l have successfully generated beautiful videos based on my personal journey and spiritual wisdom backed with Bible quotes and citation.
