Very buggy, deleted my work, and no refund
Very buggy, I have lost a lot of work that got deleted even after being saved. The support team has failed on multiple occasions to replicate or fix the bugs and only apologize. They don't give refund for these very serious issues. It's very expensive if you consider this issues and not worth it. I regret 100% paying for this.

Pictory.ai is such a great tool. Talk about making it easy to create videos. Just feed it a script and it can do the rest. You have unlimited customization options as well, so the video can be as complex or simple as you want to make it. Not to mention they have great customer service.
