DVRs misrepresented

I ordered 2 DVRs from this supplier. Their ad did not mention the resolution of the devices. I received the DVRs and upon hooking one of them up to my cameras, I noticed the DVR did not recognize my 1080p cameras. I contacted the seller and they claimed I changed my mind about the purchase. I did not change my mind; the device didn't work. In this day and age, a DVR should recognize 1080p. The devices were obviously older stock. Pick Your Plum refused to pay for return shipping because "I changed my mind". It cost me $35 to return the items.

If I can put zero

If I can put zero, I will there they have very bad customer service. They are unfriendly. They are scam in your account your money. They fraud your bank account. My advice for everybody be careful with this is a scam.

Bought a watch band that was way to…

Bought a watch band that was way to large, no return lable provided, and I have to pay for the return myself. In the days of Amazon, why in the world would anyone shop at a site like this? 1 Star just because it arrived!

I woke up to find this name on my card…

I woke up to find this name on my card with a purchase I DID NOT make, the purchase was for a one-year membership to Costco. I never shop at Costco, and never go to their website. This was done at 3:50 AM! I received an email asking if this was fraud. Everything and everyone was suspect so I called my bank and alerted them. I find we will always have these types of fraud transactions. How did they get my card number??? When I called Capitol One, there was CSR who's dialect I could hardly understand but he's asking for all my personal information????

The communication was horrible

The communication was horrible, they tried to get you to pay FreeShiping.com. I did not. The links to the shipping status were broken and inaccurate. After many calls my package finally arrived but only after I involved PayPal to seek reimbursement. The product was as advertised and does work correctly.

Very soft and warm, too small

I like the feel of the fleece pants but they are way smaller than they should be. I even ordered 2 sizes up. Also one pair already had a hole in them.

I got a run in one of the pairs of pants first day. I also, got two black pairs instead of a brown pair.

I sent an email out to customer service as recommended on Oct. 30th and I never received a reply. I do not recommend using this company for your clothing needs. They will not rectify their wrongs.

Pictures were misleading

Pictures were misleading. These are tiny tube samples. I never understand weight size so I have to go by the pics. The description didn't state these were sample sizes as it should have.
