Long waits no communication
Waited 6 hours one day. Asked for a ETA… they couldn’t give me one. We rescheduled. Waited 6 hours the next day with no estimated ETA. Finally just cancelled the order so I could stop wasting my time. I had to initiate all communication.
There is no phone number to call to get information. Just chat, which is annoying. Would give them 1 star but the people on chat were actually decent with customer service.

Incompetent …
This is the worst company and I don't know why Home Goods, or Big Lots would partner with these incompetent people. No one know anything!!!! I paid $99 for Same Day Delivery…I paid for on Wednesday and it’s now 6:15 pm on Thursday and no delivery has been made yet. I am highly upset because the so-called customer care number is in a foreign land and they don’t know anything.

If I could leave them no stars I would! This company is a fraud! I paid for same day delivery and my delivery kept getting rescheduled for 7 days because they could not find a driver! So apparently no one works for this company! DO NOT USE THEM!
Pickup was not flexible with picking up…
Pickup was not flexible with picking up items from different stores. They did not give us the opportunity to alter the transaction, and were unresponsive. Timing of delivery was also not smooth or well communicated.

This company is by far the WORST for delivery, customer service very unprofessional. I had a delivery, item did not fit through door, the drivers left the item in the HALLWAY of my complex. Told me they had a delivery to do, would be right back to take the item back to store, that was 1:00pm. This is my ONLY day off, I sat for 5 1/2 hours waiting for them. I asked for compensation for my day waiting for incompetent drivers to get merchandise out of the hallway and my condo, the rate of 99.00 they charged me for delivery. They refused. Not even a " I'm sorry" I highly recommend anyone looking for a moving service, stay away from Pro movers!!!!!!! Shady, mon professional. I did some investigating, found out there werec5 complaints the week of my delivery, even breaking a sectional in half. I wouldn't give then any star. NOT deserving. Please do your homework, investigate, get reviews, ask around before using any company.
Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. This company excepts jobs to deliver items, but does not have the manpower to actually complete the delivery. My couches were supposed to be delivered three days ago. And every day they keep rescheduling because they don’t have enough people to deliver. Why do you take our money? If you don’t have the manpower to deliver. I still have not received my couches.
Driver would not deliver-“not with his time”
I ordered next day delivery. Two days later, the delivery driver tells me another customer’s order got cancelled, so his drive would not be worth his time.l, and he would not be making my delivery. I was unable to cancel my order that day (Sunday)because the office was closed and cancellation was unavailable online or otherwise. My husband and I were without a mattress, and he was forced to sleep on an uncomfortable cot. Now, I am finally hearing back on Wednesday the 7th, and I was told my order would be cancelled, but if I wanted to continue with it, my mattress would come on the 11th. That is NINE DAYS after my “same-day” delivery. No apologies about my issues with the delivery driver or feedback on the situation. Ridiculous. I will not be using “Pickup” ever again. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Poor customer serviice
I ordered a sofa to be delivered “same day/next day” on June 1, 2023. Scheduled delivery for the next day and after PICKUP Delivery “pros” (I seriously question the “pros”) rescheduled my delivery 3 times in a 6 day period, the furniture place canceled my order because it was not picked up in a timely fashion. Received notification at 10 pm on 2 of the days that they were unable to locate a driver for my delivery. The 3rd time I was notified that my delivery was delayed, I again contacted via chat - because that was the only option available - and was told that they were searching for a driver. Because it was 6 days after the online purchase, the business canceled my order for non-pickup. Totally unprofessional and poor customer service. NO NOT USE!
Delivery (Yeah Right)
Delivery. So I ordered this couch on Thursday and paid for delivery which was scheduled to be on this past Saturday between 8am-8pm. Was supposed to get a call on Friday to schedule a time for delivery, that never happened. I went ahead and planned to be home that whole day through the time period, since I had no idea when they would come or if they will even contact. So reached out to customer service at about 2pm that day, and was transferred to the delivery company which then said it would be deliverd tomorrow (Sunday the 21st) between 10-2pm. Another day where I just waited the time frame just in case they came, and just like the previous day there was no delivery and at this point that is crazy. You would think that when a person spends nearly $1000 on a couch. that the customer service would be great and that was not the case. This is probably the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever recieved when ordering furniture. It was almost like they didn't want to deliver and could care less about the customers time and lacking what they are supposed to be doing for their job. Now it's Monday, 5 days after ordering and no delivery nor update. It's crazy that when you pay the $100 for delivery online, and NOTHING has happened. I will make sure to never recommend Big Lots to anyone and will make sure that my story will be shared on all social media platforms, yelp, and whatever else I can find to leave customer feedback for.
Terrible communication
Terrible communication. After waiting 2 days for same day delivery we picked up the item ourselves. Received a text from Roderick that he was coming to make the delivery, I explained to him we had picked it up already so it was no longer needed and to have a good day. He was short and rude back. Would never go through this service again

By far the worse company I have ever dealt with. Customer service reps are not well trained they never know the answer to anything. They have no ability to navigate their own system to give answers to a problem they are very slow wait time is long ask for a manager they say manager will call you back 3 days later no one calls. No one takes accountability they are very unprofessional and highly unreliable
Theft
Worst "service" I have ever experienced. I paid for a crib assembly through Buy Buy Baby. Scheduled a week in advance. They never showed up for their ridiculous 4 hour window and they just keep rescheduling or extending their window with no real explanations or anything more than "too bad". So far I've been "scheduled" three times and all were no shows; 16 hours of my time wasted so far with no end in site. So really they've just stolen my money (and time) and will not provide any service. I don't know how their business license hasn't been revoked but hopefully it will be soon before they scam too many others. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission.

Booked furniture assembly through BUY BUY BABY . Assembly was paid for and appt was created 7 days before desired date. You had 7 days to find a person in my area to assemble. Day of assembly, text sent re experiencing delays in my area. When they miss the window , notification comes up to reschedule. Only way to communicate is through online chat. Reassured it would happen by end of day. No show , book again next day- again no show- promised by end of day. Nope. Found a phone # to call. Spoke with receptive customer service who now book us for 48 hrs later - so we’ll see. 2 days wasted so far - not happy. We all understand there are challenges post-pandemic with finding workers, but this system can’t figure it out. We’ll see what happens. More to come on this review.
TERRIBLE
AWFUL experience trying to get my sofa delivered. I purchased from BigLots.com and was told that my item would be delivered on 3/23. When no one showed to deliver, I called to find out what was going on. They then rescheduled my delivery, and then did not show again. NOBODY reached out to let me know they wouldn't be coming, or why. I had to call and get to the right person each of the SIX TIMES they rescheduled my delivery. I rearranged my life and responsibilities to make sure I was there for the delivery time THEY gave me, and they failed to show up every time. I then tried canceling my order, and even that was an ordeal! I finally spoke with a Big Lots manager to get a refund on the sofa I purchased, and he helped me more in 10 minutes than any of the 10+ people I spoke with from PickUpNow. The only thing PickUpNow ever did was make excuse after excuse, have me on hold for 30 minutes at a time (and even ended the call before ever speaking with me), and make false promises as far as my delivery. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and I honestly do not understand how they are able to get away with running a business like this AND with false advertising. Their website claims same-day delivery, but that's a bold faced lie. Never, ever, ever again.
No show twice, never again!
No show twice! Very unprofessional and unreliable. I place an order with biglots.com and chose my delivery time, I never heard anything that day of about time of delivery. Made multiple phone called and chat conversations and was reassured I was still on the schedule. Received a delivery missed notice, rescheduled and another no show, delivery missed. The biglots store I orders from ended up canceling my order because of all the no shows for pickup. Very inconvenient. Would never use this company again.

Unprofessional Delivery No Show
I scheduled days in advance. My appointment was 10-2. 2 pm they are still not here. I checked the store where my furniture is supposed to be picked up for delivery, it’s still there. I called their 800 number which tells you the wait time is over 2 minutes. I waited 30 minutes TWICE. Each time it sounds like it picks up but you are actually disconnected. I went to the website on the Chat and they told me if it doesn’t deliver by end of day they will reschedule. I cancelled my order for delivery. I’m not waiting all day for them to possibly do the same thing again the next day.

I paid for a couch to be delivered 2/21/23. They promote themselves as same day delivery and this is false advertising bcz they don’t do same day delivery. It’s currently 2/24/23 yesterday I waited from 8-8pm for my delivery and it never arrived. I waited on the phone for 20min called back left a message.. i the. Called back and sat on hold for 50min. Hanna the gist service provider was rude and short and did not assist me in finding out anything about my order. I called at 8am I’m currently on hold 33min. They picked the phone up and sat it down so I’m currently listening to background noise so they don’t have to hear the call waiting on hold. No one’s replying it’s literally just a sitting phone to hold up the line. I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect or lack of concern for a customer who paid to have their order delivered. She yawning in the background not helping customers just having me breathe on the phone. I’m waiting for them to hang up on me. Which will be of no surprise. This is the worst company to do business with. I will never in my life use there service after today.I hope this business comes to a end bcz they lack any reliability or professionalism.
