I wish I could give a zero rather than one star. I ordered the Nativity and it was NOTHING like was shown in the photo. I reached out to request refund, but no response. It came with literal grass clippings rather than hay and was printed on a 3-d printer. Very homemade and unacceptable quality. DO NOT ORDER!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I spent money to get several sets of the little nativity figures to use as gifts. They are trash. The tins were damaged. The figures are cheap plastic and they are totally unusable. I did initially get a response from an email I sent complaining about being charged for the “free” postage. Once I received my shipment, over a month late, I sent another email requesting a refund. We will see what happens.
Horrible products. Total scam. Ordered the tiny nativity in the tin, nothing like the photo. Came dented and a huge mess. The envelope was full of grass/hay...would never purchase again from here.
I ordered the Nativity Set in a tin. It took about a month to receive and is of VERY poor quality. They use a USA address but are out of China. The figures don’t fit in the tin which is supposed to be used for storage. Also advertised as “handcrafted” of which I saw no evidence of.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered the Mini Christmas Nativity Set in a Tin Box. Took over a month to receive. Nothing like the picture. Item arrived dented and of EXTREMELY poor quality.
Placed an order on 9/06/19 which has never been received. Impossible to contact "seller." TOTAL SCAM!
I bought a blue totem on this website on 9/5. The transaction confirmation looked suspicious since it didn’t show anything of the website. The next day it showed pending shipment but the same pending lasted for 12 days. I called PayPal. PayPal contacted the seller. On 9/20 it started showing in transit. On 9/23 it showed delivered. But I never received the package!
I called usps, was told the package was delivered to a different address other than mine with no name on the label.
I called PayPal multiple times but they refuse to solved the issue since on their end it shows delivered, just doesn’t show it’s not to my address.
I think the scammer knows the system very well. I doubt there is anything in the package.
I am super surprised that PayPal wouldn’t help stopping the scammer. This isn’t about the money, it’s about right or wrong.
If any of you have had the same issue please contact me. We need to find justice
Thry took $60 from me and i never seen the package. Its been 2 months. And they won't reply to you ether.
Do not order from this site. They only take your money. Definitely a scam.
