Very helpful, I had requested a collection for the 07th December on the 5th December around 8pm, I had a text within minutes saying they will be able to collect my item 6th December. The guys had messaged my on the day called 45mins before they had came and kept me informed via text messages. Very promot and quick responding! Great prices too

Collection of my mattress was really easy and quick. I’ve done this in the past with other places and have always been let down by collection not happening or not when they say. However, this service from pickmyoldbed.com was excellent. I chose the date and they kept me informed when they were arriving. The gentleman who collected was lovely. Really pleased and the price was very good.

Really good service
Really amazing service. Quick, tidy and efficient. I booked last minute on their website and it had days and options to choose which allowed me to have flexibility. Pick up driver was friendly and got my bad and mattress out within minutes. Would recommend this service for how quick and useful it is.

Superb five star service.
I needed to get rid of an old mattress and my local council's service came with a number of pitfalls so I was extremely pleased to find this company and the service they were offering. From the moment I put in my request for collection to the time of collection everything was completely straight forward. The price charged for the service was very fair and cheaper than the councils. I would definitely recommend this company and will be very happy to use them again.

I booked a collection through this service which was so quick and simple my bed was collected within a few days of my booking which was much faster than going through my local council which was at least 3 weeks and for a cheaper price also. I would definitely use this service again for a collection and would highly recommend to anybody as they were 100% quick, efficient, professional and polite 😃
