Great company, highly recommend!! They messaged to give me an approximate time of delivery, and kept me up to date when it got to 30 mins and 10mins. Guy collected the mattress from my door, no hassle, great service.

Mattress recycling
I researched online beforehand as my mattress was not in bad condition and didn’t want it going to landfill. This was my main reason for choosing this company so that it could be recycled. I was kept informed regularly and informed of any changes to pick up time. Pleased with the service.

Great service and communication
Had an old mattress I needed to get rid of, found this company online. Website was easy to use to arrange a collection, and price was reasonable too. I don't know if I did something wrong but didn't get any emails from them, however they did send text messages the day before and on the day itself. Seems they were having some logistical issues that day, but kept me informed throughout. Item was collected in the evening, very pleased with the service, would use again if the need arises, and would recommend to others

The service I have received was excellent. Website extremely easy to use. I was kept informed about collection times throughout. Very professional when they turned up to collect the bed frame and mattress. The mattress and bed is correctly recycled, which was the main reason why I picked this company in the first place after doing my research. Would highly recommend, definitely 5 star service.

Would recommend
I found this company online after I had been let down by someone else. The website is very easy to use I picked divan mattress and base was given a very competitive price picked a day for collection they emailed me the night before collection with a 3 hour collection window and on the day I had a message to say they were 30-45 minutes away. The driver was very courteous and friendly I will certainly use them again.

I had a mattress picked up from the 23rd floor of an apartment building. The pick up was so easy and stress free. The guy who came to pick up was polite. He gave us a time slot and then messaged when he was 30 minutes away. I would 100% recommend Pick My Old Bed and will use again.
