I had a really enjoyable experience…Fun, Supportive & Interactive Learning Experience
I had a really enjoyable experience with PCI.
The teaching style was fun, interactive, and engaging throughout the course. Mark was very dedicated and patient in guiding us step by step, always making sure everyone understood properly.
Personally, I lacked confidence at times, but the environment was very supportive. Everyone encouraged and guided each other to learn together, which made the experience much more comfortable and motivating.
Thank you PCI for creating such a positive learning atmosphere.

Certifications and much More
I’ve been working with Mark Renneson at PCI for almost 7 years. We’ve met in person several times and I’ve watched his teaching style evolve over the years. PCI is always improving their certification programs. I told my coaches that get certified by PCI, that Mark is a Coaches Coach. Keep up the good work, Mark and the entire PCI team😎☝️😎

Best pickleball coaching tools and methodology
Great pickleball coaching philosophy and methodology. I believe PCI is the best coaching program available with great, easy to use and practical online resources.
One more certification
I have been certified as A State of Nevada Motorcycle Safety instructor, and State of Nevada EMT.
This program conforms to the Teaching Conventions
I have experienced. The Online course is a practical way for me to add Pickleball Coaching to my lifetime variety of certified instruction credentials.
Knowlegable course and easy to use platform
The course was very knowledgeable and well structured. It provided clear, practical guidance that I can immediately apply in both coaching and real-game situations. I found it extremely helpful in simplifying how to teach concepts to players of all levels.
Definitely not the best place to get licensed.
I used this on my iPad, or at least attempted to and there was no sound at all to any of the videos. Thought it was that way for a reason, then start the test and half the questions are about what the videos say. You cannot put closed captioning on, so I pretty much wasted $299 for this course. Then you have to pay $40 to redo the test if you get more than 7-8 answers wrong. That is a bit ridiculous when you cannot review the material or hear it.

The experience was great
The experience was great, easy for understand everything and also they help you if you need something! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My experience with PCI has been really…solid and structured.
My experience with PCI has been really solid so far. What I’ve appreciated most is that it’s not just about learning how to hit better shots — it’s about learning how to actually coach.
The structure of the program has helped me think through how to teach skills step-by-step instead of just throwing drills at people. It’s given me more confidence in how to communicate, how to build a lesson plan, and how to help players improve in a clear progression.
I also like that it feels organized and intentional. There’s a framework behind it, which matters if you’re serious about coaching and not just running open play.
If I could offer one suggestion, I’d love to see even more real-life coaching examples — maybe video of coaches working with different types of players and breaking down common mistakes. That would make it even stronger.
Overall, it’s been a worthwhile experience for me and a good foundation as I continue developing as a coach.
Clear and concise learning
Clear and concise learning.
Each part of the course develops and makes you think as a coach to a structured way of teaching - but also opens you up to creating your own way of coaching
I liked the way the class was structured
I liked the way the class was structured and broken into small parts. The instructor did a good job of explaining the techniques and kept it simple.
I have booked the PCI instructor Level…
I have booked the PCI instructor Level 1 course. The training material is well structured and comprehensive. It focuses on the didactic on how to teach the tactics and techniques that a beginner should learn when starting to play pb. The videos are great. They visualise which skills should be recorded and how.
Difficult
Found it very difficult to be told the script of what to teach and film it, very unnatural
I am glad to be shown some videos on…
I am glad to be shown some videos on the requirement for submission and is grateful that I am certified.
While I understand this is a full online certification, I wish there could be some form of face to face discussion via zoom etc.. to provide feedback on the submitted videos so as to help the participant improved further.
Super convenient and helpful resource for coaching pickleball
Online certification lesson and tests were convenient and helpful. The submitting of video evaluations had a criteria that was difficult to pass but also convenient to do the exercises at ones own courts. I learned a lot going through this cert.
This was straightforward
This was straightforward , yet helped elevate my experience in coach I already had. I liked the drills, and better yet would be an app to use for helping coaches with different levels of students that come with a variety of drills to use according to their level.
A little too early to tell! So far so good!
I haven't gotten through all of it yet. But look forward to completing it in the next few weeks.
The Coaching evaluation actually has…
The Coaching evaluation actually has good standards that doesn’t let unqualified participants pass as coaches.
This gives the PCI certification more credibility as opposed to other certifications which have a 100% passing rate.
