Ordered a pickleball machine. Ordering was easy and showed up early.

Pickleball Central for the most part has always been a great company but has experienced some changes the last few years since it changed hands.
I would have given 5 stars if the company was as helpful as they used to be. Before, if buying a paddle, if asked they would weigh it for you, measure the circumference of the grip, etc. However, they no longer do this and it's a little disappointing. That personal touch was so nice.
I'm not complaining, just stating facts and of course will still purchase equipment from them, but really miss them going that extra mile.

I ordered the pickleball paddle I thought would be the perfect fit for me. It arrived with no problems, and I thought I loved it! After playing a couple of days with it I realized I was getting tendinitis …not good. I called and spoke with Isaiah and he was so helpful and knowledgeable! I ordered a different paddle and it’s been the perfect fit! I returned 1st paddle with no problems.
I will be ordering from Pickleball Central again and again

I've made several orders with Pickleball Central, and I've always had a good experience. The prices are reasonable, and their return policy is generous. The free ground transportation is a little slow sometimes, but that is not surprising. There are options to pay for faster shipping.

I’ve had a good experience shopping with PickleballCentral. They have a huge selection of paddles, balls, and gear, which makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Shipping is usually fast, and items arrive as expected. Their customer service also gets a lot of praise and feels helpful and responsive when questions come up.

I’m giving four stars instead of five because there can be occasional shipping or tracking hiccups, but nothing that would stop me from ordering again. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient place to buy pickleball gear, especially if you like having lots of options in one spot.

The paddle that I ordered arrived with a chip on the rim. I wrote to them (on New Year's Eve), never expecting a response...and I got one immediately. They apologized and sent me out another paddle right away. She told me to play with the chipped paddle until the new one arrived and sent me a shipping label to return the original. Great customer service!

Selection of products; delivery times met; easy shoe refund process. I bought two pairs of pickleball shoes because I wasn't sure of the correct size. Returned one pair with no hassle or expense.

New Proton Series 3 delivered quickly & safely. I'm still getting used to the elongated paddle head but I enjoy the pop & occasional spin. I'm an average player, not a beginner but not advanced. I play for FUN but I do like to win- not upset if I don't. I have been able to surprise myself with some of my hits lately!

The Diadem Hush paddle has lived up to everything I've read. The best part is my Arm/Elbow/Shoulder no longer hurt after playing. The paddle face absorbs the shock so I don't have to!
