Bought two paddles

Bought two paddles, and returned one. My wife wasn’t as happy with her choice as I was. The return was painless. I love my paddle. The process of ordering and returning is seamless. Thank you pickleball central.

Outstanding Resource for Pickleball

In my experience, Pickleball Central has been a great resource for pickleball paddles and equipment. The orders have always been filled correctly, the merchandise is of the expected quality and the shipping/delivery time is a-OK.

Fast, easy return process

I unfortunately had to return the paddle that I'd ordered as soon as I received it due to a serious leg injury. My return was processed immediately, and it was fast and easy. The customer service response time was almost immediate. Next time I buy a paddle, I will definitely order from Pickleballcentral.com.

My fault

My fault, did notice the lifetime ball were pre order. Could have just gone to any lifetime gym and had them already and saved the $12 shipping. Still waiting ordered on 3/28

Working with Pickleball Central was Fantastic!!!

Working with Pickleball Central was an excellent experience. I was searching for a high-quality indoor pickleball net for a local school and needed something durable, lightweight, and easy to set up. After discussing the available options and receiving helpful recommendations, I decided to purchase four SwiftNet 2.1 Net Systems.

The nets have exceeded expectations in every way, and the school is extremely grateful for the upgrade. I highly recommend both the product and the team at Pickleball Central for their guidance and support.

Great Deal on Hat

I forgot the representative's name, but he provided excellent customer service. I was interested in a hat that was discounted, and thought that shipping charge was a little excessive. He took the time in taking my order and saved me the shipping fee. This was much appreciated, and his excellent service has motivated me to shop for future purchases with Pickleball Central
