Team was punctual and polite

We recently received the return delivery of our furniture from Pickfords under reference PF25042143-01, and I can honestly say the service was outstanding from beginning to end.

In the same smooth and professional manner in which the team originally packed and collected our furniture, everything was returned seamlessly and with great care. Paul, Gabriel and Nick were excellent throughout the entire process — friendly, extremely polite, professional, and highly respectful of both our belongings and our home. They took the time to ensure every piece of furniture was placed correctly and handled everything with exceptional care and attention.

A special mention also goes to Jade from the reception and coordination team, who was consistently helpful, friendly, and always available to provide information and support whenever needed. That level of communication makes a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.

I would absolutely recommend Pickfords as the number one removal company. Reliable, organised, professional and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish. A superb experience all around.

Leaving my home of 30 years was not easy in itself.
Pickfords moved us twice in the 1990s and based on that experience I turned to them again.
I was not disappointed.

First half of the removal, i.e. the pick up has gone really smooth. I thank the team that came here to pick up the furniture. They were friendly and incredibly professional, punctual, efficient. I appreciated the stories that the team leader shared with me; he was incredibly professional throughout the two days spent here at my address. Well done guys, I really appreciated it. I would strongly recommend the team!

I was let down by another removal firm at the last minute and Pickfords were brilliant getting me sorted at very short notice. The lads who moved us were great and never complained at all and considering they moved us in the middle of a heatwave I’d highly recommend them. Laura was great sorting everything out beforehand, friendly and professional. Brilliant, if I move again in future I’d ring them first.

Moving made easy by Pickfords. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and efficient with Curtis and Charlotte organising everything and Rob, Owen and the team doing the move itself. Well worth the money moving with a newborn!

The boys were punctual, exceptionally helpful, polite. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very careful and respectful of our belongings on both legs of our experience. First Class.

Pickfords moved me from Australia to the UK. They were terrific at every stage, including regular updates, making sure my paperwork was all correct, navigating my complicated delivery arrangements at the UK end. Helped make things much easier than they might have been. Big shout out to Simon Edwards for all his help - was really great.

Kellie and her team were amazing! They were kind, helpful, communicative, and patient about answering our many questions about our international move. They answered the phone and emails promptly and always had clear directions and answers for us to follow. We would use them again and again based on this experience. We are very thankful for all they did to help us!

Pickfords were amazing. We had two days notice to move and lost our slot with another company. Fortunately Pickfords had availability and got in touch without delay to offer their help. The gentlemen who came to pack & remove the entire contents of our house were great. Due to a family emergency a few days before they arrived, we had been unable to pack everything we should have. Yes, this was definitely a wrinkle in their plans however, after I explained the situation & they made a quick call to the office there was no stopping them. They were polite, careful & professional throughout my dealings with them.

Brilliant Pickfords team. Prompt, friendly and efficient moving us from our old home 300+ miles into our new home over 2 days. We chose to pack ourselves and provided our own boxes, but Pickfords came armed on the day with a couple of extra boxes for those random items we didn’t foresee and awkwardly shaped plants. They took great care in handling all our furniture and belongings, there were no damages to items or property whatsoever.
From the ease of a virtual consultation and initial quote, to booking a removal date with minimal notice. Top customer service throughout and able to answer endless questions.
