I won 100 dollars I redeemed it then hit for another $300 and was trying to redeem that and because the other one’s processing I can’t redeem the first the second one I’ll be getting my hundred dollars and I’ll never be playing this again. This is a horrible site.

There is literally no responsible gameplay tool. The app looks great, but this company has no intention on letting you limit yourself. Customer service is one guy, who responds once every 48 hours until you tell them you want to self exclude, then they ghost you. App is a joke! Stay far away! The reviews on the play store are fake.

Yep only reason I didn't give it one star is because it let me win on my first deposit but like all algorithm ran platforms the moment you redeem their entire platform shuts down until you make deposits equal to or three times more than the winnings themselves. Avoid this platform

Wow!!! I spend over $200 on this app first time here!! Won $4.20 on a bonus. That was my biggest win!!! Betting a $1… I have played other games on other platforms and won more then that.. I should have won more then that on $1 bet.. that’s crazy!!! User name is 7DhaA1 you can go check and see what I won and how much I put on this account!!! What a rip off!! Don’t play this is a scam…

It’s been 18 days from the time I submitted my redemption for $185.00
I also mailed around 800 sweepstakes cards in between Nov and Dec and they have only given me credit for about 15 cards. It’s only a $3.00 a card payout and it cost roughly $1.00 with supplies to mail not including my time. The customer service gives me the run around. I wouldn’t suggest them.

They have been holding my redemption for 8 days now eight business days this is the 9th business day this morning they told me it would process it Monday by the end of the day before that they told me that for sure Monday now this day said Monday at the end of the day and I get to hear anything now I'm getting the runaround this is not good I'll be more than happy to go in and change this review if they would process my stuff instead of making me feel like they're going to pull one over on me when they have no reason to further review it than what they keep saying they've reviewed every which Way but loose and yet they have not found anything that he could sit there and say that they have a reason to not give me my money so why are they not releasing my money is there anybody else out there that feels the same way have you been done this way too

Great games, I purchased $9.99 and got $30 and ran it up too $1000 but I redeemed $500. It's been almost a week now and still haven't received my funds. Customer service told me it was in the final phase of redemtion and approved but when I check the redemption status it says they haven't accepted it yet. Now I can't get customer service to even respond. I'll continue to wait I guess. Update when I get my funds. So 3 stars for me till I get funds .

I made my first deposit and redeemed 100$ with no problem. It did take a bit to get verified and the redeemption was a little slow for the first time, but the important thing is that they payout and this I respect. Will update this review if any type of troubles/feeling scamming things occur.

Instant payouts? Definitely not the case!
I like the platform I love the amount of games and the games that they have to offer. It’s a great site as far as that goes, but when it comes down to getting paid out, which is the most important part in my opinion - So it was advertised that it had instant payouts -. Went through the multiple, and I mean multiple verification processes and had no issues whatsoever. My account was a great and verified so I should have no issues obtaining my instant payout correct ? I put in a request to redeem or withdrawal three days ago, and it still hasn’t even been looked at so that’s a big no-no in my book, and I’m still currently waiting contacted their third-party payout company and they said that they’re still waiting on the Pickem support people to process it to them so if you’re looking for a real instant payout casino, this is not the place to go for that. Sure would have been nice to be able to use that money for christmas this year …..

Here’s an update. It is now 30 December I still have not been paid out even though the support team not part of their third-party payout company called breeze but the actual support team do you respond and keep telling me over and over it will be processed by the end of the day or the next day and that they are backed up because of the holidays, which is complete bull crap I believe… It’s been over a week now and that’s the only reason why they’re getting two stars is because of their response at least when I ask about where my redemption is for $800… They’ll just keep losing stars every time I update if it’s negative or I have not been paid out yet…

I won on their site, and redeemed via breeze on Friday evening. It is now Tuesday morning and I have yet to receive the email from breeze stating the money has been sent, so they are slow to redeem (stake uses the same processor and it take less than a day most of the time.). Will update if/when I get deposit and how long it took. Not a fan of sites that drag their feet on redemption . I did finally get my redemption days later. Don’t play on this app. It’s just not good. Also, I’m not one to say a site is rigged (you can read my many reviews of other sites) but this one absolutely feels like it.

So far this has been smooth operation. Withdrawals are processed via breeze and the support team was able to fix a problem in had purchasing a sale.

I hope they add DFS sports picks and a better reward system so I can buy more sexy panties for Christmas.

I had no issues with this app at all. Didn't lag or anything like others said. I cashed out 240 and took about 3 business days. Wasn't long at all. They could use some more providers but other than that it's perfectly fine. I would definitely play there again. Especially if they get more providers. Oh one thing that actually kind of sucks is that there's only an app. Forgot about that. I prefer to play on laptop and can't with this app. They should also get a website for the app.

Worst platform I've ever played on. Kept lagging. Wouldn't work when you clicked on stuff. Kept freezing. Then I was able to play. Worst gaming experience ever. I play on many platforms and this is by far the most horrible one yet. I purchased 30sc for $9.99. I got one bonus when my money was almost gone. Played for 5 min and lost 30sc. I was actually relieved when it was over. Would not recommend.

Real customer - great app and very responsive customer support. I deposited via apple pay and was able to withdraw via a bank transfer. The withdrawal process took 3 business days. I just requested my second withdrawal, will see how long it takes. But the games are good and I am happy with the experience! Great new app.

I turned the free SC sign up bonus into 100. A small hiccup while trying to redeem, but customer service was right on it and got me redeemed and in my bank account in about 12 hours. It’s a new social casino and definitely worth a try. Love their selection of games too

This app is extremely poorly designed, and it may also be a malicious scam.

Everything went well as far as the purchases and gameplay, although there are an assortment of non-working games on the app.

The significant problem is that I was unable to redeem. If I clicked redeem, it would just load endlessly and never process. Support responded to me about this, acknowledging the problem, but offering no solution. I was unable to redeem for multiple days even though I was verified and had over 100sc to redeem.

Eventually, as I'm sure the creator of the app anticipated, I lost my SC eventually because I got bored and impatient with the situation. What I mean by this is that the creator of the app likely purposefully made it impossible to actually redeem, in order to encourage further betting.

As of right now, I recommend avoiding this app. It is a scam until proven otherwise.
