We used the online configurator to design our bookcase, but it would not allow for everything we wanted. Following an online enquiry, we had a helpful discussion with a consultant, which meant that we could place an order with a "special wish". Everything looks good so far, although we are still waiting for the product to arrive.

We have not received our order as yet but the assistance we have had during the order and configuration process has been very helpful and professional.

I really liked the online design tool to create the two bookcases I wanted, and after placing my orders, I appreciated the additional advice I was provided with in responses to a couple of questions I raised.

Wonderful product great customer service. Not so great on the delivery company.

Caroline is a very responsible person, always quick reply, get into the details. She remind me 3cm to the selling, otherwise i couldn’t know it. Her explanations are very clear, easy to understand. I thank her very much!

Just about to start assembling what I've ordered and there's no assembly guide per se. There is a "figure it out yourself guide" which shows you how to assemble a generic thingy. The wooden part in the guide are not marked... You may not even have that part, if you have it... Good luck finding it as they're not numbered or marked.

EDIT 25/09/23:
Something I didn't mention in my first review was that 2 important parts were broken. Pickawood had to send replacements for these 2 parts, which I received yesterday. (2 months later)
Now I'm back to that horrible assembly guide that makes no sense and I check with them in order to get somebody to come and assemble it... it's £370 to get somebody to assemble it.
Now I understand why they have a no real assembly guide, that's just a from of cross selling.

Great customer service, Caroline is great!!

This is the first time I have ordered custom furniture and the design feature was easy to use and the after order communication has been great (I needed to tweak my design and this was done easily without any fuss).

Although I never finally placed the order, Pickawoods help and correspondence was excellent.

Caroline their service manager has been very helpful, overall the service has been excellent in sorting out the bookcase design and payment process.

Quick responses to questions and good support

I was effectively supported in English and received a design solution that fully meets my needs. I have received colour samples and this helped me to choose the colour.

It was a bit difficult to get in contact with you, but once I reached you it went very well

We ordered two shelves for a total of 2400euros we received after 14 weeks. The shelves are not straight, holes not at the right place so can t build some doors or put shelves. They asked us to send pictures whci we did 10 days ago. They were supposed to call after 2 days but never called. We can't get beyond the receptionist, despite calling every day. It is so disappointing. We just want to be refunded and never hear of them anymore.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Quality of customer support (a design and measuring consultation call / email follow ups) plus quality of furniture (book case) was fantastic. Would definitely use Pickawood again.

We are absolutely thrilled with our shelves. They arrived within the time predicted and there was no import fee to pay. We hired someone to assemble them who said they were among the best quality that he had seen. One or two hiccups along the way were dealt with speedily by the customer service team at Pickawood.
