Melted sweets
Ordered a large amount of sweets for a party as im doing my own pick and mix station every chocolate packet is melted, we're in a heatwave, yet they dont think to send in a insulated box or use cool packs or mark the boxes as keep cool, for the price paid im sure they'd still make a decent profit margin if they considered the weather even temporarily but instead they put in their terms and conditions if they showd up melted thats not their problem, this business has no care for their product once they've been paid and shipped the item, now Im likely doing to have to find local pick and mix stations in shop and go and buy sweets from there to make up for what I've lost out, would not recommend

Good company, excellent choice of sweets and I had a special offer. 2 free packs when I ordered a large one. the bags are packed full of sweets, couldn't get anymore in. delivery was a bit slow but that was down to royal mail not the company.
