J'ai trouvé un pain surprise pain de campagne pour Noël. Commande passée sur le net, retrait clic and collect.

Commande faite en click and collect au picard de Créteil Pompadour.
Hyper facile, rapide et pratique.
La vendeuse a été très réactive souriante et agréable pour le retrait.

In general all products are very good, some very smaller in weight tgan expected and a little expensive

I had seen ads for Picard quite often and decided to place an order, a smallish one, to test out their service and their products. I got confirmation of the delivery date and time - between 8 am and 1 pm, so I kept eyes and ears open for the delivery van. Also my gadener was mowing the grass from 9 am till 1 pm. Anyway, the appointed time came and went, no delivery. Finally, at 2 pm I gave up and went shopping. I never got the delivery. But Picard says they did deliver, at 09.31 that day and they showed me online a copy of their supposed "proof", signed by a person called SORO, although the document was illegible to me, and my name is not Soro! This happened on June 19th, and I have been trying ever since to get Picard to believe me. They just don't blieve me. They even suggested that the delivery person had simply put the order in my postbox - a great idea for frozen foods in the 30+ temperatures we have been having. And how easy would it be for a delivery person to simply write out a proof of delivery, with a false name and time? The person would already know the security code which Picard gave to me and it would be easy to do. I can't get over the cavalier approach to a customer, especially one who is ordering for the first time. Obvously security codes are a waste of time. And obviously I will not try shopping at Picard ever again.

I would like to amend these comments, since I have been helped by one of the company's people to get to the bottom of this non-delivery. Their member of staf, Mr G, finally did believe that I had not received the products ordered and. has arranged a refund to me. It is not a pleasure to write a bad review and so I am happy to report that the problem was solved, and I will be placing another order with them, hoping for a better outcome.

Picard is a contemptible retailer guilty of offensive stereotyping and cultural ignorance. Promoting their new line of
"Hey USA," the posters feature clearly overweight women downing oversized chunks of cheesecake another various other desserts. How $)#%&%$ stupid can they be?

The quality of the products is getting worse... I will never buy products from that brand again

Shop in montgeron closes at 13.00 at 12:50 the staff started talking rude to me.saying that they are closed and I had to leave.i ran to the counter but they were still rude and treated me like it was my honour to be served. They close at 13h for lunch and my receipt even has 12: 54 on it.. they were still 6mins left according to their till time.bad customer service and will stop shopping there.not worth the humiliation

Absolutely DISGUSTING frozen Pizza.
Despite being more expensive than competitors and with deceptively nice packaging their frozen pizza has an AWFUL taste!

What a disgrace that companies will try to sell garbage like this. Unbelievable what scammers they can be. And so Pointless to create disgusting products.

We have had two deliveries so far from Picard and both have been efficient, virus-safe on both sides and on-schedule. The quality of many foods from Picard is excellent.
