Due to COVID I have resorted to creating a home gym. I couldn’t be happier with the dumbbells I received from Physica! They are great quality and look good too. I also have the yoga mat and am impressed with the thickness and non slip material.

Highly recommend
I purchased the set of resistance bands and they are absolutely great. The bands are thick and sturdy and don’t lose any tension like the latex bands. Plus they are super comfortable and stay in place while you are working out. The transition of the bands (light/medium /heavy) is on point and the quality is great. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Fitness Products
I'm not one to leave product reviews, but I felt compelled to talk about Physica. I try to workout as much as I can, but it can be difficult to find time to go to a gym with my hectic schedule so I'm forced to create an at-home gym. I've never been able to find aesthetically pleasing equipment that also has good functionality. Physica offers both. Their products are sleek, durable and portable. I couldn't ask for anything more and can't wait for whatever they roll out next
