Exercise MyoTherapist here. I have used this app for a couple of years now and let me say...10/10. besides being affordable, it's functional and allows me the therapist to personalise and tweak my unique clients programs. The App offers generic content (which I don't use) but it doesn't lock me into generic content. I upload my unique exercise videos (which I film) , allows me to insert my own descriptions as well as educational links. It is not pretentious, it is a useful tool which can be customised to help my clients. As a therapist I deliver unique exercise solutions and this App allows it. Absolutely love it.

The patient really needs to have some interaction with a physiotherapist to ensure the exercises are being done properly.
I cannot believe that the NHS thinks this is a usefuly way to treat a patient.
once this has been done then the videos could be useful as a reminder.

No real contact with physiotherapist, not shown how to do exercises, physio does not even know if I can do the exercises. Feel distant and as if the nhs doesn't give a care

Haakon Hauge was my physiotherapist and honestly I had an amazing experience. This was a five star physio session and he even gave a massage to the existing area and continued to guide me beyond my time which was originally 1.3 hours long. I am extremely pleased with my service and I hope to see him again soon hopefully with positive feedback from the sports I have been guided . Thank you Haakon Hauge

This is the nhs passing the buck.

The app is slow & awkward to use but the real problem is physio can turn off the ability to contact them.

Physio will only work if there is feedback & management.

My physio has set me an impossible programme to complete. He is apparently ignoring any feedback comments. If the physios don’t use communication with the app then it is rendered a complete waste of time for everyone & just costs the nhs money for no gain & potentially will make injuries worse not better.
