A radio that does not work properly…

A radio that does not work properly will be delivered. I will report this within two days of delivery. One has to carry out repairs himself according to the supplier, which means that he can void the warranty. So I'm not doing this. Then I was able to return the €40 radio to the supplier at my own expense for a €6 refund. Sending costs more. And the supplier can scam someone else with that malfunctioning radio. According to EU rules, I can return a non-working product and get my full purchase price back. That's how it should be, but Alierxpress and Phyee don't do it.
