Their customer service is top notch. Serge really knows photography. They send way too many marketing emails though with no way to say just send once a week or other choices, but I guess if it really bugs you you can unsubscribe.

I initially liked his enthusiasm when it comes to photography and he gives a lot of good tips on his YT channel - BUT I FREAKING HATE his aggresive marketing machine that constantly spams you with timelimited offers just for you.
I purchased his lightroom presets, and 1 hour after my purchase I started getting offers to upgrade the presets to the new 2023 BIG update. 1 hour! I felt cheated and contacted "him" but just got an ignorant reply. Now after 2 month I still get offers to upgrade on almost daily basis. I know it's "only" 47US$ - but the thing is, he constantly pushes and pushes (and it works) so you cave in and then he start pushing for something else, right now he finds my profile interesting and it apparently exactly matches one of his "trainings" (my profile is empty) - so I get new timelimited offers.
My god I hate the kind of marketing.

You should stay away from him.

I don't even know how I ended up on this email list. Probably from downloading some free garbage.

I have literally 450 spam emails from this dude since from 2/2/21-3/3/23

I don't know why anybody would give this guy a single dollar. Serge might as well go sell extended vehicle warranties with these tactics. He'd probably do a lot better for himself.

I have followed PhotoSerge for many years. I am a long time Photoshop user but was totally lost in LightRoom. I purchase the course had have been well on my way to producing much better photos. Recently I logged in to my account and my LR course was missing. I contacted customer support and Patrik immediately responded and corrected the issue. Thanks again for all your help your customer support is as amazing as your classes.

I have learned quite a lot and got Inspiration- thank you for that. But since I subscribed, every say(!) sends me an offer, sometimes even twice a day. No chance, to cancel. Getting his book was offered 20-30 times until I unsubscribed. Serge is one of the most agressive seller I know. Sad for that.

I HAVE A LOT OF SERGE RAMELLI'S TRAINING TUTORIALS AND MODEL MY PHOTOGRAPHY AND PHOTO DEVELOPMENT ON WHAT HE SAYS AND DOES WITH AMAZING RESULTS. LIKE WISE RECENTLY I ORDERED A TUTORIAL BY MISTAKE AND PAID FOR IT AND WHEN I INFORMED PHOTOSERGE OF THE MISTAKE THEY IMMEDIATELY ATTENDED TO THE REFUND.

Do I like the fact that Adobe has been a subscription service for a few years now? NO. (The world is full of greed and corporations will continue to find ways to make more money. As an example: car and truck manufacturers will start subscriptions for higher horsepower and accessories to function. I know because I have been a consultant to dealerships and our lives will see more and more of this type of gouging.) However, when I bought my first Serge training, I realized I had to swallow the dislike of subscription-based software and embrace what the teacher was using. I am a professional photographer and I have done very well without Adobe but I'm moving away from weddings and events and into my first love: landscape and nature photography. Looking around for refresher training, I settled on PhotoSerge and it is by far one of the best real-fife training programs I've seen. When I bought my first training, I had a problem downloading it but Patrick was able to get me up and running in no time. The upselling is a little intense but Serge is great at what he does.

I've purchased a number of courses from Serge over the years and have found them all to very helpful and inspirational. I've learned about edditing my photos and feel they are definitley better than how I used to edit them.

While on Facebook noted Serge's add for Landscape Masterclass. As a frugal Canadian even 27 bucks should I pull the trigger?

Really useful book on how to use Lightroom Classic for dramatic effect.

Particularly like the fact that the photos are available to download so you can practice along with the instructions in the book.

I have purchased a number of Serge`s courses now, one of which has really helped me in the last few days in cleaning up the 462 photos the wedding photographer gave us following our daughters recent marriage. In the one video I followed Serge showed me how to remove items from photos and blur the background and yes there are a lot of Free videos on YT that should be able to help, but none had on this particular project until I watched just one of Serges videos which laid out step by step in Photoshop what I needed to do to do this particular job for my daughter. Thank you so much for your fantastic way of teaching.

I purchased a course from Serge which seems decent (I am only an hour into it), but, ever since I made the mistake of purchasing something I am continuously bombarded with emails. Most emails are click bait to 'free' supplemental material which lead you stuff you need to pay for. Worst, I made the mistake of following a misrepresented link to a fake presentation consisting of high pressure sales. A total waste of my time.

I am utterly frustrated by this and wish I never bought anything from him.

I watch to much vdo on youtube but still stuck in photography untill i found Serge Ramelli vdo it inspired me and was the good solution of my photographer life it changes my life of photography and yes i have plan to buy some program of his products. Regards.

I ordered the Serge Rameli Signature Presets + Landscape Masterclass + Preset Training for my son as a Christmas gift. After reaching out to see if they could change the login info to his info, they were more than happy to help. My son is super excited to take these training courses.

Been using these courses since 2016, love the method of learning and the support is excellent.

Serge Ramelli is a fraud. He knows absolutely nothing about photography and proof of this is once when he came to our print compagny and the guy knows nothing. this guy is a fraud

I've been buying from Serge for about ten years - the Customer Service is fantastic, as is the aftercare.
