Première commande sur PhotoRunning et comme je ne suis pas très doué je commande une photo en double et un pack en double. J’ai adressé un email le lundi pour expliquer mon erreur et demander un remboursement et j’ai reçu une réponse positive dès le lendemain.
Très pro.

Mon expérience décevante avec Photrunning : une mise en garde pour les coureurs
"Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un site pour acheter des photos de vos courses à pied en ligne, évitez Photrunning à tout prix. Mon expérience avec eux a été très décevante : j'ai acheté une photo de course à pied en ligne, mais j'ai reçu la mauvaise photo. Lorsque j'ai contacté leur service clientèle pour demander un remboursement ou un échange, ils ont refusé de satisfaire ma demande, malgré le fait que j'avais clairement sélectionné la bonne photo dans mon historique de commande. Pour une expérience d'achat satisfaisante de vos photos de course à pied, je vous recommande de chercher ailleurs que Photrunning
