Ordered my boyfriend a Christmas gift on November 20th and it shipped November 26th. My package never arrived and has been in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China since the 26th. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they don’t even answer my questions. Such a SCAM do not order from here

Do not order from this company, the reviews on their site are fake! I ordered a lamp in Nov 20 and it arrived 23/12. I wrapped it up ready for my gf to open and the lamp had no image or writing on as per my request, it was blank. I paid £40 and requested a refund, however they have refused ....disgusting especially with what is happening in the world at present.

They have offered no solution!! ****SCAM****

This is the worst quality thing I think I’ve ever bought! I’m so disappointed because this was a Christmas gift for my son and his girlfriend this absolutely horrendous it looks nothing like what they advertise they chopped off my son’s head and half of his girlfriends body it looks absolutely nothing like what’s pictured!! this company should go out of business for the crappy workmanship that they have done you

I have waited 6 weeks for the item to be delivered and once it finally arrived the package was empty, I have been emailing them now for 4 weeks requesting a refund and after 24 emails they have decided that I must pay £18 for a replacement, this website is a scam and is being reported to trading standards.

Do not shop here!

Eh... you get what you pay for, I guess. The moon is plastic, which I don’t mind, and the photo I got on it is okay. You are able to tell who it is but it’s a little stretched out. I waited from November 27 until today (January 2nd) to receive it. It was meant to be a Christmas present. The tracking didn’t update until December 31st. When I contacted customer service they weren’t helpful at all and just kept telling me where I can track my item even though the tracking info said “in transit” for month. I had to fight for a refund :(

Waiting nearly 3 weeks for a photo key ring it’s arrived today and the quality is awful you can’t even see the picture complete waste of money. Yeah

Absolute garbage! Was charged for an order 6 weeks ago and product still has not yet arrived (was meant to be a Christmas present). Tracking number does not work. STAY AWAY from this company. Here’s hoping I can get a refund but at this point I am not too optimistic.

I don't think this company exist, I ordered lamps one month ago with priority options and fast delivery. I have been talking to someone (computer) via email who did not answer my questions.
I will keep you informed if I receive my order one day.

Wrong item was sent with a photo of somebody that I had never met. Embarrassing. DO NOT BUY! Made of cheap plastic and the photo looks nothing like a sketch and what they advertise on their website. SCAM!

The status of my shipment has been the same for two weeks. They aren’t allowing you to track it any other way.

I placed a Christmas order over a month ago and have not received. When emailing photo moon.com I received a vague response from them. Tracking only stated it was in transit to the USA , tracking message has not changed in the past 2 weeks. Very unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I was concerned after reading all these negative reviews, however they were unfounded. Yes the moonlamp is plastic, does it bother me....no. It makes a great display at night. I also got one for my daughter and had it personalized...the photo quality wasnt perfect, but that is mostly due to my choice of picture (wasn't a head shot like recommended), the inscription worked a treat. Not visable when light is not on but very clear when the light is on. Delivery was 3 days over estimate, which is acceptable....all in all very happy.

Ordered a plaque, came and it looks cheap and tacky, brown paper stuck to the back which won’t come off, the code do not work to play the song. Got this for my new husband for Xmas as I thought a nice romantic gift, there is no way I can give him this trash.With the postage £25 in the bin. Do not order this product

Bought a personalised GLASS Spotify plaque, just for it to be acrylic plastic, and for the price that I paid it looked cheap and poor. Not happy and would not recommend at all!!!

An absolute disgrace. Ordered over a month ago and haven’t received a thing. I have also emailed and received no reply. Disgrace of a company. Wanted it for Christmas and won’t have it now

The product is nowhere close to what it shows on the website it came out terrible quality the image I uploaded to be put on was totally different/altered and came out terrible.

IT IS THE BIGGEST PEICE OF **** I HAVE EVER SPENT MONEY ON. I wouldn’t buy this at the dollar store. I bought a $50 moon lamp and it came in a beat up box and it was a piece of cheap plastic. I’m so ****** pissed off. **** this place. I’ll burn that **** to the ground

Not very impressed. Ordered the photo roll keyring, it took a while but did arrive, but the photo quality was nothing like the advertised pictures. They were see through and only visible when pressed against a white background, rather than the vibrate prominent images in the photos. I’ve contacted them about a refund, waiting for a response. Also you cannot review the items on the website and all the reviews have pictures on the profiles, something people don’t usually do on those sites. All seems very fake and low quality stuff, not worth the money at all.

My bf ordered me a keychain from here four months ago. It still hasn’t come in. We tried tracking the product and it said the email wasn’t in their system. Absolute scam!
