While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Used My Photos Without Permission — Then Ignored My Takedown Request
Photography1000 created a public profile in my name, without my knowledge or consent, and published twelve of my professionally licensed photographs — again, without permission.
As a photographer, I take copyright seriously. I contacted them directly and politely explained the issue, clearly stating that they were using my work without authorisation and needed to either remove the images or license them properly. I even issued an invoice for commercial usage.
Despite this, they have completely ignored me. No reply, no removal, no payment — nothing. Cowards!!!
I’ve now had to escalate the matter legally, as this is a clear breach of copyright under UK law. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but quite another to intentionally ignore a creator’s rights and think it’s acceptable to exploit someone else’s work for your own gain.
If you’re a photographer, creator, or ethical business owner — I would strongly advise against working with these clowns. Their behaviour is unprofessional and legally questionable.
I have not given this company permission to use my work…
I received an email yesterday from this company advising me they were using my work and details,
I have not given this company permission to use my work or details. I have written to the giving them seven days to remove all my work and details or I shall sue them for breach of copyright
Scam or What?
As with many others I found out today via an email buried in the Spam folder of my gmail account that, without my knowledge or permission, Photograhy1000 had created a listing for me by skimming my profile, profile photos and some of my pictures from my photography Facebook page.

This "business" copied outdated information from my website from a couple months ago. Stole my pictures too. What an embarrassment!
Piracy
Like others here, I learned this vendor had created content from my photo library without my permission. I was notified in an email (I just happened to find it while reviewing my spam folder) that I could "claim" my account and there are fees associated with doing so.'
I have replied that I will be filing complaints with state and federal authorities.

Tried to have removed but whoever runs this site (if anyone at all) is just a jerk - trying hard to not be offensive :)
My Facebook business account has been stolen
About 6 weeks ago, my Facebook business account "Ross Brown: Your Life Photographer", was hacked by a Nigerian person, who locked me out of my account, and sent Phishing messages to all my followers and customers. Facebook administration couldn't or wouldn't help me regain control, and eventually advised me that they had closed my account. Now I see that Photography 1000 have copied my facebook profile and photographs and editorial and batched them all into a scrappy facsimile of my Facebook business account. How could this have happened given Facebook's advice they had shut my account down?
Whilst this copyright infringement by Photography 1000 may be worrisome in many ways, including the apparent gaining of access to my account ostensibly shut down by Facebook, I am somewhat pleased that some of my geopolitical and environmental editorial has been preserved and republished....
Illegal
It seems that the website scrapes content, including images and business details, from social media and other websites without permission, and then creates listings on their site. I received randomly their email but I didn´t register anywhere. I have requested to take out my data but any steps were taken.
Scammers
Scammers. They scraped my social media accounts and stole my images, then published them without my knowledge or permission. Then they made out like they were doing me some sort of favour. The images were taken down after I threatened them with legal action. Total scam – do not trust this website!
Unauthorised listing
Photography1000 have scraped the contents of my Facebook pages and published its contents on their site without my permission, which in my view is a blatant infringement of my copyright.
Far from happy about this.
Scammers
Dodgy, scam.
Cold ‘calling’ photography listing where they’re scraping old web data in an attempt to boost their pitiful sales figures.
A quick google search of them shows a Reddit thread about them being dodgy, this trustpilot page and then their own page.
Don’t bother!
Unsolicited and unwanted business practices
First I want people to know that while I am a freelancer in photography, editing, graphic design and film making, I value where and how my business is been advertised. Also as a person with a disability that does lead to others discriminating against me, I value a level of privacy.
While I understand that my Facebook feed is public, this is not the first thing I want any client to see, even if the listing for the business was made automatically public without my consent.
I can see why people have issues with this company, which is why I have sent a cease and desist letter to them to have the listing and any copyright images removed from their website, social medias and other data listings their company and parent company do have.
They steal pictures and data
I never asked for they service, the stole random (and sometimes wrong) pictures and information from
the web, in order to create my personal account.
They are damaging mu online reputation. I asked to be removed, if they ignore my request I will sue them.

I did not give them consent to use my work. They took my work and posted it anyway. There are pictures of my own children on there! I’ve already contacted an attorney and I will be taking them to court if they don’t remove everything!
Vile
Take all your personal information and steal all your photography work and publish it on their own website but make out they are doing you a favour. I’ve threatened legal action but they still haven’t taken it down. Has anyone else proceeded with legal action?
What a scam & injustice
This company is an utter scam & I’m disgraced how they’ve even targeted any of our photography pages. It’s an injustice to all us business owners. Just reading these other reviews I genuinely feel so bad as we all don’t deserve this. Trustpilot you have more than enough evidence from all of us to find a way to block this website & I have also responded to them & have told them I’ll be taking legal action as well.

They stole my information and they now have 3 days to remove it otherwise I'm taking legal action. Do they seriously think there's no consequences to their actions? Laughable
