Absolutely terrible spent a lot of money on a lot of items for them to not even come at all!! 😡 very annoyed don’t get anything from here.

Really happy with them. The material bag that comes with it were a bonus.

Products were exactly how I hoped they would be, very happy with end result. However I thought you were a NZ based company. I wasn't counting on the items coming all the way from the UK so the shipment took longer than anticipated.

I found it so easy to order and had it delivered directly to a family member in Australia which is fantastic. Would definitely buy from you guys again. Only thing I would like to see changed is that when sending to someone else that somewhere on the parcel it says where/who it came from for the receivers sake. Other than that great job.

Fantastic company to deal with. First time ordering from this website. Have used numerous other websites in the past for photo gifts, but Photobox really stands out in terms of superb quality and great customer service. My canvas arrived with a tear in it. Photobox was quick to remedy the problem by sending a replacement through which arrived super quick. Will definitely be using again. Thanks Photobox.

Upon purchase I didn't realise the canvases I bought were being made and shipped from the UK. Luckily I purchased over a month before Christmas - took about 3 weeks to arrive and the canvas' arrived in good condition and looked great!

Slack. Useless. Disgraceful. Are only a few words I would use to describe this company. Losing (probably just not sending) someone's order that has Christmas presents in it is ridiculous! So now I have to risk not getting them before Christmas because you won't refund but only resend! 0/10!

My daughter was super stoked to recieve the Canvas I arranged as a gift at her door of her and her little NICU daughter born 8 weeks early. We will be ordering another or some sort she loved it that much.

Courier company hadn't handled the box with much care and 6 of my mugs arrived chipped or broken. Photobox were excellent at sending me replacement mugs. They were prompt and had great customer service.

I was very pleased with my end products, easy to create and a quick delivery, very happy 😊
