Although I made some mistakes, PhotobookShop did a great job. Friends have commented and asked how to contact them to get one for themselves, after seeing the quality of the book.

After ordering a test photobook for a family project, I placed an order for multiple copies. Unfortunately some of the books were damaged but PhotobookShop provided fantastic customer service, reprinting all the books which had imperfections and made the process easy. The family are thrilled with the outcome and I would happily use them again.

I have made over 70 books with PBS, from holiday snaps, weddings, baby books to even a family tree and they have always delivered promptly with great quality. No issues with the colour and good specials on the vouchers. Whenever I have had a query or difficulty combining vouchers, or whatever, customer service has been exemplary. Heartily recommend PBS for all photo memories.

This is not my first book printed by PhotobookShop, so the fact that I continue to use them already tells you that the quality is there. But this is the first time I had a book go missing in the post. It wasn't PhotobookShop's fault, it was Australia Post's fault, so my initial complaint was to Australia Post. They investigated and eventually admitted that the item was lost and advised me to contact PhotobookShop to organise a replacement and AP would refund them for the post and lost book. The reason for this good review is that PhotobookShop were as professional as I could have hoped in getting the replacement to me. In short, I was very impressed and will continue to get my books printed by PhotobookShop. (And, when the replacement book arrived it was perfect, as usual.)

Great quality photobooks. Good processing time.
I have been creating customised photobooks with photobookahop for over 10 years and the product is always consistently good. Note though, photos are darker in the book than the screen due to the screen being backlit. It is important to remember thia when choosing photos.
I find the software easy to use and would and do, recommend using photobookshop.

Having over many hundreds of products over many years, the last order was for a120 page 26x33cm Photobook. The book I received was of the highest quality I have ever received with quality of the colour of printing is just magnificent and very true to my photographs, many of which were macro close ups.

More finicky and frustrating to use than other photo book sites I've used and way more expensive without Groupon vouchers. I ordered 4 copies of the same book. The first arrived in a single package with a scratch on the front. They packed the next 3 into one package which obviously got mangled in transit so the corner of the spine of one of them was mangled. Overall they're ok but not great.

The software is easy to use and the pricing is good. Overall, the lay flat albums are great. This was our 4th or 5th time using Photobook Shop.

Had to reject a large layflat book due to a twisted and wrinkled binding in the spine. While it was agreed for a reprint, the new book was still not perfect and slow to be delivered. I am a very regular customer so remain disappointed!

Received my photobook today and I am very happy with it. The paper is beautiful and the photos are amazing considering I have used old black and white ones. Very good service and quick delivery.

My project was relatively easy to put together &edit along the way. It was printed & arrived quickly & is lovely. I've just done another one for my mother in law for Mothers day.

Well, this is now my 6th HD Layflat page photobook I have purchased from Photobookshop. Once again, the print quality is superb, and their customer service is excellent. Yes it can take a while for them to print the book and get it back, however the results are certainly worth it. In our retirement, my wife and I have been doing some serious overseas travel, and I shoot our travel photos on some very high end camera gear which gives incredibly sharp and detailed results. What I get back from Photobookshop in beautiful high definition 11'x14" pages really portrays the quality my camera and lenses create. I have two more overseas trips booked this year; to the Canadian Arctic chasing Polar Bears, and to Kenya, chasing the Big 5. I know the resulting albums from Photobookshop will be real masterpieces, and an enduring legacy of these incredible journeys.

Photobooks from PhotobookShop have great colour and are bound nicely. I did have a small printing issue with a book and it was cleared up immediately. Good product and good service.

Thought I would try this place out a few years ago, and I Havnt looked back. I have now done around 30 books with them and Amazed at How Good they are. I would never go to another site, These are Amazing and the friends I show them to Always comment on them. I started of with simple pages, now I do Everything myself including the backgrounds. I really Enjoy doing them. Have another 2 to do.

I had all sorts of trouble on my first book. I had to phone daily to get answers that the chat could not give. I put a lot down to it being my first book & didn't know how to find certain things. Not as easy to use as the other 100+ books I've done. But I'm sure the 2nd one will be a lot easier.
The finished book is great & I'm looking forward to the next book I do. ITALY!

Great products & service. I had an issue with 1 of my books which was resolved by helpful people very quickly. Have used photobookshop for many years & will continue to do so.

I have used PhotobookShop for a few years after disappointing results with other photo book companies. The quality, accuracy and presentation of the finished product by Photobookshop are excellent. The software is user-friendly, has a large variety of backgrounds, embellishments and types of photobooks, frames etc. Customer service is also excellent with their prompt assistance, questions answered etc. Very happy to support an Australian company.
