Very disappointed with both the product and customer service

Very disappointed with both the product and customer service. The personalised photo blanket looks much better online than in reality. The material is extremely thin, not fluffy or cosy as advertised, and feels low quality for the price paid.
Delivery also took longer than the timeframe stated, which was frustrating as this was a birthday gift.
I contacted customer service to request a replacement free of charge due to my disappointment with the quality, but this was refused. It’s disappointing when a company is unwilling to help resolve a genuine customer concern, especially for a personalised item.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering.
