Happy with Graduation Announcements
Our orders were processed with expected quality and delivered timely. . . Thank You!
However, through the processes of creation, the platform did not support edits to be made or adjusted as suggested. Each change required a restart to each project. Tech support was friendly, though also experienced the same frustration and could only submit a support ticket which required an extended amount of time to resolve the issues. I am uncertain if these issues have been resolved ~ hoping so for future creations.

My order still hasn't arrived and it is frustrating. It was shipped to Boise, which is where it should have been shipped and then it got rerouted to Idaho Falls and there hasn't been any movement on the package since April 5.
