Very poor quality print on flimsy perspex board. Despite supplying hi-res images, approved by the website, the print quality looked like my old basic faulty colour printer. Pictures were dull, fuzzy,... See more

The product looked unfinished and…
The product looked unfinished and certainly wasn’t worth the £50 I paid. It was supposed to be a special birthday present, the photos were fine but the edges weren’t smooth and it really needed framing. I would have been happy at £20 but not £50!!
Inflexible company, poor quality, bad customer care.
Far from bringing a smile to someone's face my extra large mosaic (160 x 120cm - £218.95) was received with heavily damaged packaging and with the canvas slashed through the face of my sister in law - a huge disappointment for a 50th birthday present. Still, mistakes happen and Photo Mosaic agreed to a request to produce a smaller version (as the quality was not great - you'd really need to upload around a 1000 photos for a mosaic this size to avoid a repetitive print, which is not clear from the website and impossible to tell from the preview). Despite agreeing, they produced exactly the same again saying it was impossible to change - no apology. It's now hanging on the shed wall. Inflexible company, poor quality, bad customer care. Just avoid! To cap it all, I now get regularly spammed despite requesting to unsubscribe from marketing I never signed up for.
DON'T BE LIED TOO, WASTE YOUR TIME AND EXPOSE YOURSELF TO UNWANTED MARKETING BY USING THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING!
This site advertises they will let you use their templates to make photo collages, then if you share your collage to social media site or by email to another person (giving them free marketing thru you) you can have a link to that collage for your own use. LIES! They just stole my email address for marketing, my friends email address I sent my collage to for marketing and have not sent any link or anything else except the advertisement spam emails for their company.
