This business should be reported and shut down. They are running a scam of accepting order and full payment but never fulfilling the orders. There is always some excuse for not being able to deliver. When refund is requested another set of excuses follow why they cannot refund. Do not order. Save yourself the trouble and money.

Pathetic service. I chose this website because they said they deliver on the same day, They didn't however. I paid way too much for flowers and the least I can expect is a decent customer support. I have sent e-mails, whatsapp messages, Instagram DMs by now trying to get in touch with customer care to get them to cancel my order and initiate a refund. The number is continuously busy and one can certainly not expect a cal back. Do not waste your time, money and energy on this website.

Giving it 1 star because there's no option to give ZERO stars. This has got to be there worst website for flower delivery any where. Tried booking flowers from the UK and it wouldn't let me select Kolkata as a delivery location. Tried calling the phone numbers on the site; phone's busy for an hour. Tried requesting a call back; understandably this didn't happen as mine is a UK number. Tried the Live Chat Team. They didn't respond for over 5 minutes. Their response was 'may be technical issue'. Whilst writing this review, I'm required to put down my country and I've discovered that UK is not an option. It would seem that booking deliveries from the UK, therefore, might not be possible. It obviously didn't dawn on the tech support to ask this; instead I was told 'this may be your browser fault'. Would not recommend if you live abroad.

This business is a fraud.
I ordered a birthday gift but it was never delivered. They did charge me the money however. No one from the website responded when I contacted them.

I ordered the bouquet with following description:

"Flowers Bouquet of 16 Red, Pink, Orange and Yellow Roses with nicely wrapped."

The bouquet did not have my favorite orange flowers, pink flowers looked nothing like the picture on website...really really bad and the wrapping paper looked like khaki sheet we used in school to cover notebook.

Highly disappointed. I kinda looked like a fool sending such poor bouquet of flowers.

The worst website ever .They have listed names of place they are unable to deliver to but deduct money and don't deliver the gift.No one should ever send gifts using this website .The staff are unprofessional and they have no answers to your queries other than the word "SORRY".

Ordered two sets of flowers, one for Gaya(with extra shipping fees) and one for Kolkata.
Gaya one arrived fairly beat up, while Kolkata one hasn’t arrived (a week after scheduled delivery). Customer service has been avoiding any communication, superb!!

I ordered flowers on the occasion of Ganesh chaturthi, loved to the freshness of the flowers.On time delivery of phoolwala was really remarkable.

Cant give a zero to these thieves, really looters in broad daylight. I had placed my order at 1.50pm on Valentines day. The receipt came confirming that the order would be delivered on 14th. Then I got a mail suggesting that the order cant be delivered today and would be delivered tomorrow, confirm urgently. I politely told them I don't need it delivered tomorrow hence provide refund. Now these cheats are telling that they don't give refunds and they will deliver tomorrow. On call they are laughing at me saying "Jo Ukhaadna hai Ukhaad lo, paise toh aa gaye hamare pass". Worst Company ever

I am happy with the on time order delivery services of phoolwala. I had ordered cake to surprise my wife on her birthday evening and I am glad to share that they delivered the cake on the very same time when I wanted it to reach my home. My surprise plan was very successful with their on time delivery services.

Great experience with them. I ordered a cake and flower for my sister's birthday and they delivered on time and both things were freash in quality.

The worst possible service. I hd sent flowers and cake for my wife on Valentine's day. The flowers that reached her at 10:30 pm in the night were the worst possible, and the cake after maybe 30 calls was delivered the day after Valentines - a 2-3 day old cake. My wife would know as she is a chef. Forget the fact that they are expensive, they are low on service quality as well.

NEVER EVER buy from this Website. Your chance of a good experience is 50%. Also they either switch off your phone or stop receiving your calls on busy days especially if your delivery is not done.
