RIP OFF COMPANY . THEY SEND YOU THINGS THAT ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED BEWARE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE

People, phonete.com is a scam. Many others like myself purchase and made payment and our purchase never arrive. I purchased and paid for a sport watch wear last December and till today May I have not receive it. Phonete.com also did not respond to my massanger and email since early this year and last was asking me to check with my local post office and nothing was registered. Then phonete.com said they will look into it and will get back but never did even after many massage and email to them.

DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR SCAM!! PLEASE SHARE TO MORE PEOPLE. PHONETE.COM BLOCKED MY COMMENTS ON THEIR PLATFORM AS I WAS TRYING TO WARN OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR SCAM. I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE.

It’s a SCAM!!! Fraud site.
They don’t send what u bought.
After 4 months received a cheap rubish plastic IPhone case.
After complain they gave me 2 options.
Discount in my next purchase or send the case to China to receive my money back when it’s arrive there. Shipment by my own!!!!

Warning!! They are a fraudulent site, I ordered a cell accessories and never received them. I sent several emails to support email address and didn’t received answer, very bad support and attention....

I ordered a watch band for my Fitbit charge 2, waited over 2 months but it came, unfortunately, it was for the wrong watch, no response from the company what so ever so I have a lovely but useless watch band here and the company could not care a bit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! oh and don't try and call the phone number they offer, it just basically says 'we are overwhelmed with the volume of calls, please hang up and contact us via the support.com email, oops they don't respond there either.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH!!! And they never answer back!!!!!! I want my money back!!!! Don’t waste your time and money on them

I ordered for that phone gravity item on the 31st of January 2018 but up to now I don’t see anything and they don’t respond to my query emails. And that’s the worst experience if you can not respond to clients complaints and queries. So disappointed..... hopefully one day I will receive the item....

Case doesn’t stand as stated and can’t answer texts through screen as promised and delivery is super slow

Yesterday I received order with Anti Gravity Case . JUNK !!!!!!!!!! Worked only 2 times and after that DROPPED ON FLOOR AND MY SCREEN BROKE !!!! 4 weeks delivery !

This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

The headphone arrived incomplete.
The box did not bring the cable to charge the headphone.
I sent an e-mail explaining, they answered me that the headphone was wireless.
Obie, but how do I charge the battery?

Delivery so slow that I had forgotten about the items until I opened the package! The phone charging brackets I bought from them both broken. 20 quid down the drain. Waste of time and money, look elsewhere.

Purchased a phone charger and it broke the first time I tried plugging it into the phone. Getting no response from customer service.

I've bought and pay some itens in their website, never receive then, when i inquire them about the delivery i receive nothing back than automatic answers!!!

i saw some great items on instagram, it took me to phonetes site and i ordered a console.

8 weeks later (now) i havent recieved an update, and they wont repond to my emails.

it might be a SCAM...
