Hello, since my iPhone was quite old, there was a need to purchase a new one. So I turned to this store and didn't regret it at all, here I was able to update my iPhone to the latest one at a reasonable price, thank you.

I placed an order for refurbed airpods. They
didn't arrive. No communication from the company no refund despite multiple attempts to contact them. I reported this through my bank and they have given me a refund. However this is provisional dependent on the company giving the refund to them. I will give an update so you guys can do the same. I'll also update other social media sites.
Look at the guy's response to my review. I have had no contact from him, zero. Look at other reviews. Almost all the positive reviews are from non uk accounts who have posted only 1 review. All the negative reviews say the same story. Trustpilot have removed reviews from this company due to them being fake. 1 guy has taken him to the small claims court and won. He was told by the court that they can't get the money because he's not based in the UK. Companies House online info confirms he does not live in the UK. In his responses he says he can be contacted through his official channels and live chat. He doesn't respond to any communication. His address in London is used by many many companies.

Recently bought a phone. Everything was very pleasing. We're satisfied with the purchase, the price and quality of the purchased phone correspond, it's practically new, everything is good. If we want to buy a phone in the future, we'll definitely turn to this company.

Thank you for delivering my item. I have to come to a conclusion that this is not a scam and I have ordered my second item.

There was a slight delay in delivery however I was assured my item would be delivered and it was delivered in 13 days.

I spent days trying to check out on their website. Their payment methods were then limited to options that didn’t have any buyer protection (bank transfer only) - I email them to ask why and they just said I would just have to use one of the available options. Seemed too convenient so I waited!

I refreshed the page again two days later and PayPal was an option, I purchased the iPad through PayPal on a credit card (to ensure I was protected), a short while later they just cancelled the order and refunded for no reason.

I emailed to find out why it was cancelled, they’ve not responded yet. Very suspicious company.

Looking at these reviews it’s clear I’ve dodged a potential scam! Do not pay with anything other than credit card or PayPal or both so you have a layer of protection. They just want to you to pay via bank transfer to avoid fees and buyer protection!

Also the business is registered to a business forwarding address, just like a PO BOX. This is simply an address that can receive post and be used register a business with companies house.

I wanted to make a New Year's gift for my husband, to buy a console, but I don't really know much about them myself) The consultants helped to choose the right option based on budget and needs)) thank you very much.

Very poor, took ages to arrive then had to pay import charges. When it arrived it was the wrong item (smaller memory). Attempted to contact them on numerous occasions, was fobbed off and eventually I was just ignored. Paid on my credit card so got them involved and payment reversed under section 75. Company was advised the phone was ready to collect as I was not to pay postage myself. Company tried to reverse that decision twice (amazon pay and mastercard) and both times it was upheld so they took me to small claims court for fees and the phone cost. I agreed to mediation, they didn't turn up. I provided all of my evidence, they didn't. Eventually it was struck out of court. Not a nice experience to go through at all but justice prevailed.

Response to phones refurb response below-
1)I didn't decline any offer you made me as I wasn't sent any offer to compensate for the wrong item, this clearly demonstrates the poor service and communication from your end.
2) I was supposed to get a partial refund for the import charge but didn't - you don't address this in your response.
3)You didn't refund me for the phone my credit card did under section 75.
4) The phone is ready to be collected (as you have already been told by 3 parties plus the court) but I am not paying any more money out.

I needed an iPad with a budget-friendly price tag and very specific requirements for work. Based on recommendations from acquaintances, we turned to this company and have not regretted it. At all stages of cooperation with the store, from consultation to receiving the product, we were left with very good impressions. We're satisfied with the purchase, have been using it for several months, and everything is excellent.

Didn’t ship my order. Customer service sent nonsense messages and screenshots of irrelevant things. Seemed very dodgy. Have requested a refund and even if it comes I’d never use them again.

Dear friends, my review will be about my recent purchase of an iPhone 13 Pro from this store, and everything is great because it's very profitable here, everything happens promptly. Guys, if needed, they will advise you on what's better or more suitable for your needs. The phone is very fast compared to my previous one. Here was also purchased my old iPhone XR, surprisingly it is still in good working condition, everything works fine, my dad uses it. So, I recommend this site, it will help a lot and you won't be disappointed.

My husband ordered poppy beech from this site; he was attracted by the low price, and there was plenty to choose from. Well, in fact, it turned out to be a pretty high-quality product. We have no complaints about it and, in principle, this is an original product. They sent it right away but it took almost eight days.

Shocking experience.

Bought refurbished Apple air pods 2nd gen.
Ordered at the start of March with the estimated delivery date 5-7th March.
Straight away I had my order confirmed and that delivery would arrive within those dates.
Upon the 10th March I had heard nothing, not even that my order had been dispatched or any tracking info.
I then resumed to contact phones refurb through the phone number on the their website, which then cut off straight away as the number was not recognised. I messaged them through instagram & email and nobody got back to me.
Around the 2 week mark, I contacted my bank who confirmed that the funds from my account had been sent to them and at their end, they had failed to process my order.
Because I had an issued a refund, 2 weeks later a customer service advisor from phones refurb, responded to my email saying my transaction had been unauthorised, if this was the case this would’ve appeared their end within 1-3 days of the purchase, and any normal functions business would’ve contacted the customer to let them know about this. So by this point it had made it clear that this company does not do business well.
I asked to speak to an advisor on the phone through this email conversation which I was then ignored. Further from this I asked for them to show my account details showing this purchase transaction had been unauthorised.. they replied with a pixelated cropped out screenshot of some bogus text saying ‘your transaction has been unauthorised with the recipient name coloured over.. which puts no evidence to my refund query.

If you happen to play it safe and check trustpilot before purchasing an item from this company, I’d think again and look elsewhere

I've been using the store for a long time, after many purchases, I had to ask for a refund for the first time - the headphones didn't fit. Sent them back. They exchanged everything for other ones, and they are absolutely functional. I will continue ordering from them.

A store with high-quality electronics, accessories, and a large selection. I was thinking about one tablet, but bought a completely different one. I received good advice and changed my mind. Please note that I received advice, not a pushy sales pitch!) A very important point.
