Pathetic service. its been 8 days my POS machine is not working and i am trying to contact phonepe customer care.I am running a showroom, my customers are not able to make payment. Who should i held responsible for my loss?

Very reliable UPI transactions. Only few times it got me into problem.

Their support is terrible; it's totally automated, keeps asking the same questions and giving the same answers.

My issue is as follows: I paid my rent through PhonePe Rent; the amount was debited from my credit card but not reflected in the receiver's account. I tried again, encountering the same issue.

I contacted support, which was even worse; it's an automated bot that replies with the same questions repeatedly.

I tried reaching the support team via phone call; after 10 minutes, I finally got connected to a support person. She asked about my issue and requested me to stay on the call. However, while waiting, the call got disconnected, and despite my attempts to reconnect, it wasn't successful.

PhonePe doesn't seem to care about customers' money; they don't uphold any responsibilities and lack basic sensibility in addressing customers' queries.

It's truly frustrating, and I hope the government will take care of these kinds of scams.

If you are planning to pay your rent or bills through phonepae, then be prepared to get disappointed. Your money is going to get stuck somewhere, and they don't give a damn about it.

They are fraud we have a merchant account and from last 1 month they are not settling the payments nor the are refunding to the customers, When i call to customer care number 080-6872-7777 they say the do not have this information and I will get the call back, However I have not received any call nor any email. They do not have any physical address. They are big fraud.

I bought Phone Pe Business EDC swipe machine from this company two months ago after seeing their advertisement in the Phone Pe App. They have advertised that they will charge only Rs.199 per month if we spend or do transactions of more than Rs. 1 lakh per month and definitely we do that in our business. But they have charged me Rs.471 for the past two months. When I asked the person Sathish who installed the machine in Hyderabad he informed me that by mistake they have charged even person who had transactions more than 5 lakhs this month and they are going to reverse the charges soon. Neither that happened and they have charged again last month Rs.482. Their call centre is hopeless. It’s just IVR and informs us that we will get a call back but it never happens. When you send an official email, they get back to us saying this is not your official email id or phone number you gave us whereas I don't have any other phone number or email id. I provided them the EDC machine number and last transaction id. They are replying me that the issue is closed third or fourth time now even though I say it is not closed. Whereas I had requested them to send a person to pick up the machine as I wanted to surrender the machine and they are replying me that issue is closed. Its Hopeless. You are such a big company Phone Pe. Why are you behaving so cheap and cheating ordinary business people who earn their money so hard by working 12 hours a day. I have the option to upload only two photos in mouth shut. I can upload all the photos I have an interaction with these guys but unfortunately, I cannot due to restrictions. Should people take you to consumer court for this issue. Have some respect towards your clients. Don't be so cheap and be fraudsters. No company comes up if they cheat their customers. If any of your company staff reads this, please resolve the problem. Don't cheat hard working small businesses. You will never become a big company by doing this.

Trying to get in touch with the tech team for around a month now. The sales person has stopped responding to calls/texts. These guys think too big of themselves. The conversations over email has been of no help and there is no escalation possible from any side. Hopefully somebody reads this and gets back to us at the earliest. 9717305546

Worst Payment App, Don't use this Fraud App ,They Blocked my Account without any reason and they're not unblocking my account after sharing All Documents also.Be aware friends never use such silly apps.

Very very poor service phone pay and google pay... Emergency peyment time not loging... Egain loging otp.. Bug not received otp.. What do.. Very poor.. All ready loged in one month. Y are told egain otp.... This os cheeting... Too much...

Compare to other UPI segment Phonepe is worst
They are playing with customers money
1. Only for Phonepe RBI rule is there to hold customer's money in the name of Financial Year end. But other UPI Payments and all don't have the RBI rule.
So many business partners are working based on day to day collection. But this people simply holding customers money for their play.....
