I bought a "NEW UNLOCKED Kyocera DuraXE E4710 8GB BLACK at&t RUGGED FLIP GSM WIFI GPS KE4710 from this seller through Ebay. BE AWARE OF THE FACT THAT THIS PHONE IS NOT REALLY FULLY UNLOCKED (SOME FUNCTIONS ONLY WORK IF YOUR CARRIER IS AT & T)
The seller had agreed to accept a return with refund (minus "restocking fee") either on April 22 or April 29 (the original stated Ebay return date was April 25). When I attempted to return the phone on April 29 as agreed I was informed that it was too late, that "the seller had opened a case"!. A shrewd way to pocket my money and leave me with a phone that I can’t use. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER.

These people can't answer phones, they call customers the wrong names, overcharge cards, send bad screens among other issues. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Im here to make phonepartsusa look bad, i ordered a screen for my blackberry Z30 and it broke within a week, now i returned it and they're saying i broke it , when it was defective from the start. They wasted my money and my time. Next time you wanna buy phone parts make sure they are OEM parts. phone partsusa will steal your money, now I'm going to see if i can get my broken screen back, since I've already payed for it, raaaaaaaaatssss. what brand new phone screen breaks within a
week??????????????

When you design your web site to not show shipping costs until the user enters credit card info, it is a clear indication that the company is untrustworthy. This issue, combined with many other negative reviews, makes it easy to choose somewhere else to do business.

I ordered 4 window deflectors, tried to install them on my vehicle. They are the wrong size. made to a different year. Tried to call them but they do not pick up the phone goes to voice mail.

and expects you to cover the cost of return shipping. HA!

The worst thing I have ever bought online! The screen they sent me didn't work as I was testing it before installing, so I PAID to ship it back for an exchange and they denied my request because "the customer damaged it"!!! Ridiculous such a waste of money. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm so upset :(

First time I bought anything from the website. I ordered a replacement iphone 5 screen and when I installed it I turned on the screen and only a faint light emitted from it when I looked at the screen closer the LCD connector wasn’t attached to the phone so when i called the customer service they said I couldn’t return it because I tried to install it

I ordered a iPad mini screen replacement. When the item came I opened it and part of the connection cable was in the bottom of the plastic sleeve. I showed it to my wife and she said take a picture of it and email it immediately to PhonePartsUSA. I did that. I was issued a RMA to return the item. They then said they could not replace it because it was damaged during installation. It clearly shows that installation was never attempted. The protective plastic and the plastic over the adhesive strips where never removed on the item and the labels are still on it. They have to be removed before installation. The item was clearly damaged during the packaging process and PhoneParsUSA refuses to replace the part,refund my money or my credit card.
I ordered 2 identical parts from them and the other part was ok but one was damaged.

haven't used my card for some time and this site was the only place used. 16 hours later I get a call from my bank warning me of fraudulent use. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting a new card and updating my card info. Do not buy from these thieves

I purchased a new iphone power cord (iPhone 2G 3G 3GS 4 4S Data Cable & Wall Charger iPod iPad) and the cord detached from the metal charger part on the first use. Asking for a refund and never ordering from them again.

Customer support is amazing. Their replacement parts are of high quality. If you have got bad experience you should try contacting their support. Their support is friendly and will take your complains seriously. I am highly satisfied with Phonepartsusa.

I bought an LCD screen and digitizer from them and it is such poor quality that it broke 62 days after installation. Of course they blamed my installation, as I see here is the norm. Don't buy anything from them!

Even if you bought on Ebay and can no longer leave feedback, you should still call them to complain. They keep a record of complaints about low quality products.

I had to give one star to rate. If I could have chosen zero stars, I would have. They try to blame faulty parts on you and will not refund or exchange. They do not pay for return shipping and after they claim that it is not their problem, they keep the part. Do not buy from this company!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Their website is misleading and they sent me the wrong item then refused to re-ship the correct item at the same cost and wanted me to pay shipping again after I already paid extra shipping to send it back to them so in the end it cost me an additional $20 to get my correct item . BUYER BEWARE!!

Try fixing your iphone with a part that looks like it has been trashed before it got to you!
What are you selling, used stuff or what? I am so upset that I will not recommend your company or ever use you again! Money doesn't grow on trees ya know. Maddening!

I ordered a "new" screen\digitizer for my HTC thunderbolt. The part came already scratched and even had a screw and frame attached to it, so it was for sure a USED PART. I did not install it right away do to some family issues, but when I installed the part there was a small dead zone in the digitizer, as time went on the digitizer started to separate from the screen and the dead zone is now 20% of the screen. I emailed them to see what was up with the used part and was told "The parts are manufactured so that even if there was a screw in the screen itself, it would have to be removed before the screen was taken out. We do not send out used products. The parts are all tested with protective film over the digitizer." So they pretty much called me a Liar. I do not recommend using this company for parts being you may get used parts and they will deny that they are used. I wish I took pictures of the part before install.
