I was looking to sell my old iPhone, and Phone Hero offered the best price compared with all the other shops. The difference was significant! However, it took two weeks from the time I sent my phone to receiving the payment. This was because the package was delivered to a pickup location, so I had to contact Phone Hero to find out what was going on. They then contacted PostNord and arranged for the package to be delivered to their location. Everything went smoothly from there until I received my payment. Sending the phone was also free of charge, as they provided a prepaid shipping label.

The phone I received did not match its A-grade condition. The camera has noticeable issues, including rattling and image shaking when zooming. Unfortunately, I have to return it. Very disappointing.

I rarely leave comments, but this time I wanted to make an exception. Everything went smoothly, and I got a really good price for my iPhone 13 Mini. It’s no longer worth the hassle of selling a used phone locally. The whole process was easy, and the payment was incredibly fast.

Simple, fast and efficient process

So thankful I found them. Bought an S25 ultra refurbished at a B grade appearance and standard battery (85%+ battery health), and was very satisfied with the price they offered, much cheaper than anything else I found online.

When the phone arrived, to my surprise, it was absolutely spotless. Not a scuff or a scratch, no marks, looked like a brand new phone, literally no one could tell otherwise.

What was even better was after booting up the phone, finding that it had a 100% battery health.

So it was essentially a brand new phone for 700 euros cheaper than what Samsung are selling it for. Super super happy, would love to buy from them again.
