What’s wrong with Phone Heaven Zone, their claims, and products?

Phone Heaven Zone is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Buyers, beware! They claim to guarantee satisfaction when something is bought from them. That is BOGUS! They claim that their products are “military grade”. That is a LIE! I paid $61 for an iphone case that was supposed to be shock proof, drop proof etc etc.. they sent me a totally different phone case and nothing close to what I ordered.

When I emailed them to process the return and refund, I keep getting the same BS that they will refund me.

Finally, I reported it to BOA and informed the bank that this company might likely be a scam. Fortuntely, BOA did credit me back the $61.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are not trustworthy and honest.

We purchased a phone case in June. When it finally arrived nearly a month later, the delivered product did not meet the description on the order. We then started a laborious process of reporting the fault to Phone Heaven with lots of email correspondence backwards and forwards - and we returned the product to them. After 3 months the correspondence from them simply stopped. We now understand that after 3 months, one can no longer dispute the transaction through PayPal - so if they drag you through their corporate sludge for long enough, you have no hope of a refund. Lesson learned: just don't deal with this company

Did not like phone case. Too bulky and couldn’t fit anything in the zipper compartment. I returned it on 8/5/2025. I have not received credit on it. The tracking says attempted delivery item being held addressee being notified as of 8/13/2025. I want my credit. You should do something on your end. I did what you said. Very disappointed!!

The company does not deserve 1 star. They sent me the wrong item, even though they still advertise the item I ordered as in-stock. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund and now they are saying I have to return the incorrect item first, AT MY COST! Then they will refund me. Their returns policy states if incorrect product they will incur any costs but refusing to do so. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Having made an error in my original order it turns out that they don't cancel orders or do refunds. British Consumer protections give you 14 days to return or cancel an order.

The box wasn't all smashed up like I usually get from online orders. Everything inside was perfect, no damage at all. Nice packaging too without tons of plastic waste.

Dropped my phone from my second-story balcony by accident and not even a scratch! The corners have this extra cushioning that really works. This case might be a bit bulky but the protection is worth it.

Awful provider order at your peril!
I order a phone case and 2 charges that were in stock, as soon as the order was placed the items went out of stock. I have been spammed with high volume emails with conflicting information. No delivery has been shipped. It is a scam!

Ordered blood glucose monitoring smart watch. The one received didn't do blood glucose monitoring. Was offered a discount to buy something else but as I only wanted a blood glucose monitoring watch which they then claimed they couldn't supply nothing was suitable. Many useless emails later still trying to get a refund despite the fact I have had post office proof of delivery for several days. They keep telling me to wait. Had to pay £21 to return it. Unsatisfactory.

Phone case is not worthy of the high price being charged. The supposed magnetic closure effect is non existent.

Sogar 1 Stern ist zu viel. Habe meine iPhone Hülle vor 4 Wochen bestellt und immer noch nicht erhalten.

Different product received to what was ordered, requested refund and pre paid return label, but they say I have to return at my expense! I thought I was dealing with a Company in Germany, turns out to be in China. This is a scam, save your money and sanity.

2 items still not delivered - been months, very poor communication, not happy.

A different phone case was sent to the one I ordered, I asked for a refund and was just offered an alternative case, no matter how many times I asked for a refund they kept offering another case. All this occurred in November 2024 and to date I have still not received any refund. I would suggest think very carefully before you buy from them.

There is no doubt that the phone case I bought is extremely well made, with good materials, BUT it has a major flaw - the magnetic closure emphasised in your
advertising only works if there are no cards in the wallet! As soon as cards are added, it does not close, and therefore there is risk that cards etc will fall out. Very disappointing.

Poor product for phone case ,scratches on camera cover when just touched -phone unresponsive to touch-advertising that they are customer oriented false-refused refund and offered 40% off new product when they already advertising that-bought new case somewhere else-never did use cover for my phone-fake promises-don’t recommend this business-scam?

After 38 emails company finally sent a replacement
However after another 2 weeks the replacement unit had the same problem.
So I now have two units
Would rather have my money back on the first unit and send them both units back
I don’t need them
Would rather have my money back.

Phone Heaven Zone is a scam.
They sent me the wrong items (poor quality cases that cannot be used) even after I had cancelled the order. They have automated replies to emails saying they will send my query to the relevant department and for 2 months they have said the replacement items are on the way.
I have wasted $121!!!!
Stay away and save your money.

Biggest fake on the market, never receive my cace and money back, lot of emails no one care about customer. Just take your money. Do not bay any product from this company.

My order came out wrong the glass case was broken and the case was not what it was supposed to be and I send it proving off the order and nothing
I am very disappointed about it o I lost my money with out any help 0 stars even doesn’t understand the lenguaje that is not English
