Dealing with a problem

My first time ordering from Phone Case Jungle and they delivered the wrong case. Sent them an email and they replied within an hour with an apology and a promise to get the correct order out to me within 48hrs which they did. Perfect. Any company can have a problem occasionally but the sign of a good company is how they deal with a problem. I am very satisfied with Phone Case Jungle and would recommend them to anyone.
