As with other reviews, after 6 weeks, no delivery of products, no response to emails, but hey, sure took my payment promptly !! Now I am left with the hassle of trying to recover my money !! BEWARE

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, No one responds when you have an item that don't work!!!! BEWARE! Ordered a sticky thing. The item stuck to the dashboard BUT the iphone 6 fell off and hit the floorboard, tried numerous
time with the same results. BEWARE of this company! TERRIBLE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - or believe that advertising on Facebook indicates a trustworthy company (as I did).
6 weeks - no communication or goods but money taken day I ordered.

placed my order on Aug 11, it's now Sep 11 and still not received! Shameful. I will never order from them again.

Wish I'd seen this website before I was duped into spending money with them. Somehow I'd expected that Facebook vetted such companies to avoid scams. More fool me.

Terrible company. Scam artists for sure. Ordered over a month ago with still no product and company will not respond back.

I ordered on August 3, 2017. It is now Sept. 11, 2017 and I have not received anything. Their website says processing time is 2-3 business days. Ha!

Ordered August 7, payment processed the same day, over one month and product is till not received! This is ridiculous that bogus companies like this get away with this. No contact #, website swears your emails will be returned within 24 hours, I have sent at least 6 and not one has been returned. I want my $20 back, I work hard for my money and feel violated.

It's not a serious company! I haven't received my order #1374194 on august 12th.

Scam, and they send out the same tracking number to PayPal for everyone. They have since changed their name on Facebook adverts.

"Discount Applied at Close"....What a lie. A scam through and through.

Despite communications being ongoing for a protracted period, (let me rephrase, that as communications is two-way and phonebibi doesn't have the professionalism to reply) I still have not received my items, nor have I benefited from the promised discount for multiple purchases.
The method of business, judging by the other postings, seems to be to fleece the unsuspecting buyer, regardless.
I am disgusted by this blatant theft and allowed by second companies to continue.

After 4 months of no item and several attempts to get in contact with these people I am trying to get my money back through PayPal. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Item ordered on 26th June which still has not been received 2.5 months later. Tracking number quoted on the dispatch email is useless and all attempts to contact Customer Services - bar the first one in which they claimed they were unable to redirect my order to my new address despite me notifying them of my change of address prior to the item being sent!
Have now requested a refund via PayPal, so we will see how that goes, I believe, however that this is a fraudulent operation who rely on social media for their custom.

1 month has passed but no item delivered. I paid extra for shipping charge (it is called "Free Insured Fast Premium Shipping" ) but it does not make any difference. I received an email 2 weeks ago to say that the item will be delivered in a few days. Nothing.
Wrote to customer service and again nothing...

I placed an order on Aug 2, 2017 for the a Sticky Gel Pad and still have not received my order. Contacted customer service 2 times and they don't respond. Bought this using PayPal and I am now disputing this charge! Total Scam--hope Facebook bands them from advertising on their site!

I ordered two magic trucks on July 29th. After taking my money and sending me an order confirmation, I haven't heard anything back from them. Luckily, I was able to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They are a SCAM and shouldn't be allowed to advertise on facebook.

Placed an order August 2, 2017. Two Magic Toy Trucks for two little boys birthdays. They have both long past. My credit card was immediately charged but I've heard nothing from this company. Can't even get on their site to register a complaint or ask for an explanation. I want my money back or the items. Will always check from now on that no items I order are from China. Lesson learned, this company needs to be shut down now !!!

this company is from China or Hongkong.. They took your money and would never sent you anything. They blame at Our US Custom for the delay and lost orders

THIEVES!! STOLE MY MONEY -- NO PRODUCT
I've been suckered! Ordered, paid $62.50 on July 21, 2017, and it never came. If I'd been smart enough to read through these ratings I never would have ordered. I'll pay everything through Paypal in the future. Their emails promise they'll get back to you. HAH! I even sent them the invoice with pictures of the products. Now I know it makes no difference. There is no recourse that I know of, so just lost the money. I'll see if I can post something on Facebook to warn other buyers!
