Poor communication and almost three months later still waiting for item to be delivered. Buyer beware this mob is unreliable.

Toy purchased took 3 months to be delivered. Company ignored chasing emails. Product failed to perform as advertised, was poorly made. Packing was crumpled suggesting not new. Labeling misleading and contradictory - suggested for age 3+ yet stated 'not for under 5 years' Completely ignored emails of complaint.

I ordered from them once and it took forever to get the product. Now they say I placed another order (which I did not) and it was being sent. I e-mailed them that I did not place the order and they responded that they would 'get back to me within 24 hours'. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have heard nothing. Don't do business with this bunch!

I ordered a product on Aug 22nd and I have received 6 emails from them stating that my product is on the way. But it has never reached me.There is no response to my email queries also. There is no phone no where I can call them. I think the website is a scam. The public needs to be aware of such unreliable websites and not to do business with them

Ordered and paid for gel pads at beginning of September 2017. Item never arrived and despite numerous emails chasing order, no response and no delivery. Recommend that you avoid Phonebibi as they are basically thieves. Definitely avoid...

I would not give this company one star. I did not receive the item for over a month and no response from customer support.

Ordered 8/14/17 - rec'd order confirmation and number. No product and until today no response to my inquiries! I contacted them via their web site (only words, no pictures) and rec'd reply that I'd contacted them outside their business hours! Well, 4 other inquiries (email and via 'contact us') went unanswered! Sorry I got suckered in!!!!! :-(

Ordered product 2 months ago and nothing received. No response to emails. Clearly a scam

Ordered some items beginning of September. Nothing turned up. Have sent several emails to customer service but get no response other than out of hours. Goods finally turned up however lack of communications with their customer service was extremely poor.

Agree with all here - don't go near this lot. Ordered 6 weeks ago, no response about complaints. They obviously take the money and run. Scum cheats and twisters.

No respone from service desk. Ticket is unanswered.

Escalated it at Paypal, they respond immediately claiming that they shipped my order. But tracking does not work at all.

Never received any items or replies from them. It really seems to be a scam. :(

It's a scam website, they'll take an order and payment but you'll never see the product and they will never reply to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THIEVES....BEWARE

Did not receive goods - did not receive anything but an automated reply to my emails acknowledging I had sent an email. Absolutely non existent customer service. They resolved nothing. Had to take up my dispute with PayPal who resolved the case by refunding my money _ Thank you PayPal. Do not buy anything from this company - they probably don't exist. Its a scam

Order not delivered (says shipped on 08/20 and it's now 8/20 and it's now 9/28. No updates and no response from CS . . .

I ordered from them weeks ago. Never received the item. Contacted them and they sent a site to track, but one can't track from there. It's all bogus.
I contacted them again and never heard from them.
