even AI failed the course so now I can purchase again...keep away

One module I doesn't matter what answers I choose I was ending with 60% the last try I fully use AI to answer and guess what 60% AI failed the module too.
Scammers that want you to pay twice . I regret money that I spent and I wouldn't recommend the site to anyone, find something better then this one .
Otherwise they will make you to pay twice ..by the way you can't see incorrect answers even if you failed...keep away from them

Hello Agie. Phoenix STS has only recently become aware of this Trustpilot review, which is why we are responding at this point.

We engaged with you in our office and arranged for your programme to be reset on three separate occasions, giving you further opportunities to complete it. Despite those resets, the answers submitted did not meet the required assessment pass standard. The office support and repeated resets were not mentioned in your review.

The online training is provided by VideoTile, a third-party training provider. Its video-based online courses carry course-specific approvals or accreditations from the relevant bodies. On its own website, VideoTile reports that its courses have trained over 600,000 learners. The source is available here: https://www.videotile.co.uk/gamification/

We regret that you were unsuccessful and disappointed with the experience. We did provide support and further opportunities to complete the programme.
